On the plus side this hotel is in a good location and the rooms were clean and quiet with comfy beds. However, only one lift was working which meant that it took ages to get to the rooms and I had a few issues with getting the promotional deal that I had made my booking under. All sorted eventual but... More

The hotel is situated a short walk from the shops and transport links, all the staff are very friendly and all the staff speak to you as the pass you around the hotel. The breakfast selection is very good with both hot and cold options. The room was clean and had all we needed, my only criticism was my bad... More

First of all service was A* We got there late at night after our connection was late and had to stay in Leeds, there was so much choice as to n food/drink. Amazing 👌🏼 Orders a pizza to our room and it was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had-Also very cheap. Last minute booking-price is good. The... More

Good hotel, at a very reasonable price. Spent 2 nights here, and after initial problems with the room due to some electricity problem (whereby we were moved to another room), things went well, The reception on duty did everything he could to minimise our inconvenience and infact we were given a complimentary drink. room on the 10th floor reasonably quiet,... We stayed here for 1 night while we went shopping and our husbands went to the football. I have to say the staff are exceptional and eager to help. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and functional, the bathrooms are pod style but more than adequate. You can walk in to the city... More

Stayed for just one night, with my daughter. We paid £70 for the room and £7 each for an all you can eat (English and continental) breakfast. The breakfast was well cooked, hot and plentiful, the room was comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. It took us around 15/20 minutes to walk from the train station; the hotel is conveniently located... More

Stayed one night here. I would say unless you walk quite quickly it's a good 10 minute walk from the station and centre but largely well lit. The rooms are typical Ibis fare my only complaint is that despite having a non smoking room there was a distinct aroma of stale cigarettes. The breakfast offer is fairly standard but plentiful.

Stayed two nights on business. Room beautifully clean with facilities as described on website. Pod style bathroom well designed and shower good. All staff were great. Very friendly and genuinely wanted to help. Disappointing restaurant experience. Waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine as they had run out of glasses. Waited an hour for my meal. It appears they...
