We needed a 2 night stay under difficult circumstances due to a bereavement. However Jackie and John were so thoughtful and caring in their dealing with us and the stay offered real respite and luxury. The breakfasts were beautiful and the room a real haven .Jackie's home made biscuits are exceptional and were one of many extra special touches that make this...

My husband and I were in town to visit family and stayed one night with Jackie and John and the Avonlea House. It was comfortable, clean and very professionally friendly. We were in the double room at the back of the house and it was large enough, had a well equipped en suit bathroom and was very quiet. We would...

Fantastic B&B, we travelled to Salisbury for my partners birthday as it has so much history. I had made contact with Jackie prior to arrival as I wondered if we would be able to check in early and leave the car there so we could go out for the day, not a problem at all. Bedroom was lovely, nice and...

Lovely couple run the place. Very comfortable room with fresh milk available for coffee and tea! Only 3 double rooms and breakfast is a shared table which encourages residents to chat. A sociable atmosphere. Delicious breakfast - make their own yoghurt. Easy to find and close to Salisbury centre and with easy access to Stonehenge.Would certainly highly recommend.

The couple who run the B&B - Jackie and John - were very welcoming and warm and run a very efficient enterprise. We stayed in room 1 which has a super king size bed which was very comfortable and well equipped and...

Lovely, friendly, clean, comfortable, easy to get too, close to old sarum, value for money, great breakfast, lovely hosts. A great experience. Well that pretty much sums up our overnight stay. We arrived after a rather long journey and were greeted by John and shown to our room...and helped with our bags. He answered all our questions and helped with...
