We spent 3 lovely nights here and were pleasantly surprised. Electronic Check In was a breeze, the common areas were inviting and the renovated room was equipped with modern conveniences. Other than a slightly sunken living room, the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked with basics like tea, coffee, cereal, porridge, yogurt, water and milk.

Shower pressure was good but for me the water went from hot to cold intermittently on 2 of the 3 mornings. The King bed was VERY comfortable! TV’s in the living room, kitchen and bedroom (#6) just in case - wow!

Parking available onsite with pre-registration; right outside our window. Walking to High St was a 12 minute walk, with local shops and a nice park along the way to stroll by.

Overall, it was a lovely stay here and it felt very comfortable - cozy like an inn rather than an apt building. I would most certainly stay here again and recommend it highly.

We stayed for 3 nights in the family apartment which was perfect. Contactless check in/out is great idea hand sanitiser is available in the foyer. The apartment was clean and very quiet and we were across from the laundry room which guests can use - washing powder etc provided. The breakfast welcome pack is a lovely touch. We had a problem with the toaster and this was replaced immediately. The shower was dripping and they sent someone to fix it but it didn't work so this is really only area of feedback that needs adressing.
It is about a 10/15 walk into the centre and so perfectly located - the free off street parking is a bonus and we would recommend this accommodation to others

This is an extremely efficient and well run business. The apartment was very well cleaned and very nicely presented. Extremely thoughtful provision of breakfast items for two, as well as bottles of water and milk and a copious supply of hand soaps, shampoo etc. More than I have ever received in any hotel. Also, because there are kitchen facilities, there is a selection of basic cooking requirements and even plenty of washing up liquid and even dishwasher tablets. Plenty of clean, good quality towels and flannels.
These apartments are extremely well suited to the current health crisis. You can arrive and stay without any human contact. Reception is automated and this also automatically dispenses your key card.
Plenty of hand sanitiser in the reception area as well.
Genuinely less than a ten minute walk to the town centre, and adequate parking on the premises.
We thoroughly recommend a visit.

We stayed here for 3 nights after a week in another self catering apartment in Cornwall. What a contrast! Whereas in Cornwall there was no Welcome pack (removed supposedly because of Covid restrictions) we were delighted to find a wonderful Welcome breakfast tray with milk and everything we could want for our first morning. It was so good to find a place which was following Covid regulations but not at the expense of their visitors.

Even though on arrival, check in had to be done on a self service machine the advance instructions were very clear and it was incredibly easy to obtain our key card.

As for the apartment it was beautifully clean and quiet. The location was excellent, near the station but within easy walking distance of everything. Much thought had been put into the content of the apartment. There was everything we needed to cater for ourselves. Also it was great to have easy parking.

We have absolutely no hesitation in giving a Peartree a 5 star recommendation. All communications in advance of our stay and afterwards were dealt with quickly and efficiently . The staff we saw doing cleaning were always friendly and very respectful of Covid distancing.

Well done Peartree!

We stayed the 2 room apartment with our 2 children (9,3), was perfect for our needs while visiting family & friends over the Christmas period. My sister & her family also stayed in an apartment. The rooms are adequately furnished and the welcome breakfast was very welcome. Saved us having to go shopping for the basics on arrival. My only criticism is that the bed mattresses were hard, too hard for us. Other than that we could not fault the accommodation or the service received.

On arrival the automated reservation dispensed our room key, the retrieval method was extremely simple to use. Our apartment was large, comfortable and very modern. The staff had done a great job on preparing the place for our stay and the breakfast items and snacks were a nice touch that we did not expect. The bedrooms were large as were the connected bathrooms. On the arrival day the outside temperature was very warm and we had found that the staff had left a couple of fans on to cool the rooms down for our arrival, thanks. The lounge area was perfectly had enough comfortable seating to socialise during the evening. The kitchen was contained everything self catering visitors would require. We tend to travel around the country for our weekends away so try to get to new destinations each time, if we decide to visit Salisbury again we would definitely like to stay here again.

I don't like to put anything negative as we loved the place but in the interest of accuracy the only problem we encountered was that the ovens temperature dial marking had worn off so it was a bit of trial and error gauging where the dial needed to be positioned.

After too many nights in hotels and B&Bs, we were looking for a clean, quiet apartment for our two nights in Salisbury, and the Peartree definitely fit the bill. The location is a stones throw from the train station, where you can hop on a tour bus for Stonehenge and Old Sarum, and is within easy walking distance of all other local sights. Spotless and well-appointed with a separate bedroom and living area, breakfast supplies for a couple of nights is also supplied, along with basic spices and everything you need to cook a meal if that's your choice. There is also a new cafe on site open during the day with excellent pastries. Although self-serve check-in, staff were on site when we arrived, were very pleasant, and had gone to the trouble of completely defeathering our room as requested. The only small drawbacks are that the lighting in the living area only had two settings, very bright and off, and the landscaping in front of our unit was lacking, as we looked onto a partially covered gravel bed and unscreened waste and recycling containers.

These apartments are across the street from the rail station. They are clean and well managed. Management was prompt and helpful with check in, check out, and luggage storage at the end of our stay. Note that in the apartment we stayed in, in order to go from the bunk bedroom to the living area and restroom, one must go thru the other bedroom or use the exit door and go thru the hallway and into the front door. Our adult daughter decided, for everyone's privacy, to set up her bed in the living room where there is a fold out couch and two large windows which yielded a cool breeze. Our apartment was conveniently located across the hall from the laundry facility where there are two washers and two dryers. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There are several restaurants nearby and the town center is a short walk from the apartments. We had a great say and I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!

I didn't pay so i cannot talk about value. For me it was good at £75 per night and expensive if it was £100
Easy walk into the city

Wow!!! What a find! The staff were helpful and friendly and the location is fabulous, just a short walk to the centre and the cathedral.

The apartment it self is brilliant. Very clean, modern and has everything you require for a weekend away. Lots of utensils and pots and pans, even a small selection of spices as well as a gorgeous welcome tray on arrival and milk in the fridge! The kitchen is cosy with a small sofa and dining room table and the bedroom has an extremely cosy bed and lovely modern en-suite.

There is parking onsite which is helpful and we were specifically given a ground floor appointment (3) as we have a dog which was a lovely touch. Dog water bowl left as well and dog towel 🐶

Overall, such a good choice for a birthday weekend away in Salisbury having not visited before. I would defo recommend
