This is a lovely hotel, but it would be nicer if we could check into the room earlier. The girl was waiting for us at 8.30am to clean the room. Nice tea and coffee facilities but could do with more biscuits.

We visited the hotel as part of a 'hotel-and-park' package. This review is for the hotel only and not the park (I'll review that separately). Reception: Queues. Staff were polite and attentive, but there weren't enough people to properly service the amount of people there.

My daughter and I stayed at the Castle Hotel this weekend, and used this facility as part of our stay. Although my daughter enjoyed it, the entire area needs a revamp as it is tired and dated. Overall disappointing.

Yes there kettles in the rooms. Tea bags, coffee sugar, uht pots of milk and some Bourbon biscuits
