The lodge has a fantastic location right in the middle of Broadway high street and whilst it doesn’t have any bar/restaurant facilities, you are within seconds of many different food/drink options. The number 32 restaurant next door does a lovely breakfast/brunch and offers 10% discount if you are staying at the lodge. We stayed in the Horse room and it was nicely decorated with attention to detail such as lovely toiletries, fresh milk in the fridge and a wide selection of tea/coffee. Check in was efficient and they called me to let me know that the room would be ready earlier than the usual check in time which was thoughtful. The only downsides were that the room was very warm, we went in Jan and immediately turned the heating off when we arrived so might be a problem in the summer and we also found it a little noisy with fire doors banging and noise from other guests, the soundproofing didn’t seem great. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and loved broadway, we would definitely stay here again.

My family spent 1 night and booked 2 rooms at the Lodge in Broadway in July 2020.
The rooms were very clean, tidy and exceptionally comfortable with lovely little touches added in the room.
We had the fox room and the other room was the Owl room.
Both rooms had little extra touches connected to the name of the room which were very classy.
As for the beds both were new beds and so comfortable.
The shower / bath were new and very clean /modern.
As for location you could not ask for a more central hotel in Broadway.
There was also a little fridge with fresh milk in the room for the tea / coffee that was provided.
It was also very nice to see that there was fresh coffee in the room and a coffee maker as opposed to sachets.
Parking bays were provided and only 20 yards from the front door.
The only slightly downside was there was no breakfast provided.
However you can go to a little tea room across from the hotel that will does breakfast’s with a 10% discount for anyone staying at the hotel.
If you want a clean, comfortable, fresh and very good standard room in Broadway then I suggest you try the Lodge at Broadway.
I can fully recommend this hotel and will use again when I am back in Broadway.

Met our requirements perfectly for a short stopover - simple contemporary quality room decorated with locally sourced items of furniture, great location, clean & tidy, no downside. The parking spaces were a bit tight and loose wall bricks need attention for health & safety reasons, although there was an option to use the Lygon Arms car park. All in all - Value for money in Broadway for sure!

My partner and I visited the lodge at the start of Aug 2020, the woman who greeted us (who I hope I’m correct in saying was Patricia) was a delight! She couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We even saw her a few times on the Broadway and she had remembered what we were doing that day and asked if we had a good time, excellent service!
The room was also bright, clean and pretty with a superb selection of teas as well as high quality cafetière coffee available.

Other reviews have said how the rooms get hot and I believe this has been taken into consideration as we were provided with an air conditioning unit which was very effective.
The bathroom was spacious and the power of the shower was brilliant. The bed was also very comfortable.

The hotel itself is just set off the main Broadway and I would consider it a hidden gem. Your SatNav will not tell you how to get to the parking, you need to take the road going behind the Broadway.

As it’s a small hotel, they do not include breakfast, however there is a cafe joined to the hotel where guests are provided with a discount on food, which we took advantage of.

We will be returning again and highly recommend this place to all others.

We only stayed here for 1 night and the room was situated just off the main street and also had a designated parking space to the rear of the property.

The room itself was spacious, light, clean and generous size bathroom. It had a mini fridge that came with a fresh bottle of milk but big enough to also put a couple bottles of water.
It had tea/coffee facilities including a coffee pod machine.

I didn't hear any nose from neighbouring rooms or from people arriving/leaving.

The location was great, there was a Co-op just a 2 minute walk from The Lodge. It was also just off the main street, if you dined in Cafe 32 you had a 10% discount just by staying at the lodge.

The stay was perfect, and would have given it a 5/5 other than for the bed in the room. It was comfortable but being that my partner is 6'2 he couldn't lie flat in the bed due to the footboard. (feet couldn't hang over the bed). Which meant he didn't have a great sleep, which was ok as we were only staying for 1 night, but anything longer would have been difficult.

Stopped for two nights from 25th July.

Greeted by a lovely young lady at check in when we arrived on Sunday afternoon, really friendly and helpful (sorry we missed your name) and shown to a beautiful and spotlessly clean room.

We also spoke to another lady (we believe may have been Patricia) she was also lovely and helpful

We were only there for 2 nights but the room was cleaned whilst we were out and towels replaced, again the room was spotless.

Rooms are perfectly situated for the town being a 10 second walk from the main street but as broadway is really quiet at night so was the room, even with all the windows open wide as it was very hot outside and inside.

There was a huge plug in fan in the room that was an absolute god send also tea an coffee and real ground coffee with a cafetiere that was a nice touch.

Parking is available nearby but it's very tight and people also park opposite the allocated spaces which would make it virtually impossible to drive or reverse from the space if you needed to, but it's a very tight road so can't really be avoided just need to be aware of it.

All in all a really good 2 nights in a beautiful location.
Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very good, large tv, tea and coffee facilities, fridge with fresh milk replaced daily. The bathroom was huge with probably the best shower we have ever experienced in a hotel, very powerful and always warm. Free parking was very useful. Located just behind the Main Street. No dining facilities but you get 10% discount at 32 Cafe which is immediately outside and serves excellent breakfasts. Patricia the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to secure us a restaurant booking. All in all The Lodge was a revelation in service, quality and value for money compared to many hotels.

In the heart of the village but tucked behind the main street, so no traffic or pedestrian noise. Loads of eating places on the doorstep.
The apartment was bright and airy with a small fridge and fresh milk available each morning. Will be back.

Booked for 1 night away in the Cotswold's in the beautiful, picturesque village of Broadway.
Parking is to the rear of the Lodge, and whilst a little tricky to find, the receptionists was incredibly helpful and gave great instructions on how to find them.
The Lodge itself is tucked away off the main High Street, in a pretty little courtyard, with local shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
Check in was easy, & with a smile, complying to the Covid regulations, one way system, masks and hand sanitizers.
Our room was called the Duck room, a sweet room, suitable for Families or Friends, as it consisted of a good sized double bed and 2x twin beds.
It also had a kitchenette area, with fridge, and hot plates for cooking if required. As this Lodge doesn't offer meals, this was a welcome addition for preparing breakfast the following morning. However, the Lodge does off discounts for the local Cafe Number 32.
The bathroom was adequate size, and had a great powerful shower, and decent toiletries.
Overall a lovely, comfortable stay in a very clean and modern Lodge

Stayed for one night (Friday). The directions to the linked parking area were spot on, albeit that the spaces are not over large. If the linked parking is full, they have an arrangement with The Lygon Arms Hotel to use their parking.
The reception desk at The Lodge is not manned. We arrived at checking in time (15.00pm), used the telephone and spoke to a lady who directed us to our room (The Luxury Hare). The room key was in the door.
The common areas and room have a light-coloured carpet, which although aesthetically pleasing is not ideal as it does show marks.
The room is light and airy, spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed, overlooking the courtyard. There is a small fridge which was stocked with a small bottle of milk & water.
The ensuite is a good size, with a powerful shower over the bath. When we visited the bath plug was missing. Only staying 1 night it was ok but if staying longer we would have wanted to resolve so we could use the bath.
As is clearly stated it is a room only basis but there is a very good cafe within 50yds on the High Street that serves breakfast from 8.30am and The Lodge guests qualify for a discount.
We only used the heating for a short time but the radiators (two, one bedroom & one ensuite) both with thermostatic valves warmed very quickly.
In terms of location The Lodge is really central to Broadway, and we enjoyed our short stay.
