Couldn’t be more impressed with the service. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and was waiting hours for an MOT locally. I popped in to see if I could buy a takeaway tea and instead was welcomed in and got to spend the most lovely two hours having lunch and relaxing. The puddings particularly are stunning, but I was highly impressed by all the food. Staff were so friendly and kind. All Covid policies were also adhered too. Highly, highly recommended.
Was very expensive for the facility’s the provide and not been much to do. Didn’t get show around the faculties so didn’t know where anytime was were to go for treatment or for food. Afternoon tea was very disappointing as the sandwiches were plain and the cakes were dry. Along with my friend getting the Prosecco split all over her by the waiter. Was really overpriced for what we received. Breakfast was very disappointing as the full breakfast wasn’t enough at all. When we tried to explain this to the lady in reception she didn’t look that bothered in what we was saying and came across very rude. The rest of the staff and the therapist with each area they work was outstanding always went out of there way to help make us feel so comfortable in these hard times. The treatment were outstanding and so was the evening meal.…
Best ever massage on Monday from Sahar. Been a member for a while now and this was spot on, exactly what I asked for. It is also worth mentioning that your flapjack in the restaurant is amazing. Keep it the good work. Always clean and tidy.
I asked the Malvern to set up something special, my mum and dad were renewing their vows and I organised this trip as a hen do for her. From beginning to end the spa were FANTASTIC! From our lovely room with bridal decor and Prosecco & mock tails (a nice touch as mum doesn’t drink!) to the massages from our lovely therapists (Oksana and the other lady who’s name escapes me!) Many thanks everyone!
A lovely experience on the whole. However let down by being spoken to like a child as I stood up from sun lounger and walked a few steps towards the shower area without wearing a mask. I had forgotten as I was in a relaxed state. I accept the reminder for following a rule , however if I am going to be barked at publically by a pool attendant then I may re consider a follow up visit. Extremely rude and totally unnecessary .
