Very friendly staff, good parking, nice bar, very good breakfasts and spacious rooms. It is an older hotel as it was established in 1860 but it is reasonable well kept. Access by car is easy and there are alternate routes to leave within geographic limits Imposed by the Severn and the Malvern Hills. I can't comment on the suppers as...

Had a late lunch in the bar area.Very quiet as it was a Monday. The young barman was very polite. Food was off the bar menu and was absolutely lovely. Also had a pudding, all home made food. Really tasty.Reasonable prices. Well worth a visit!

We visited this hotel for evening meal, during our stay in Malvern. Staff were very friendly, nice bright bar area, comfortable seats, and a lovely welcoming real log fire, was what we needed on this chilly evening. We ordered from the bar menu, and was very surprised at the size of battered cod we ordered, it was like a whale!....

I was in Malvern for a wedding at New Year. The Mount Pleasant provided a comfortable, convenient place to stay. The room showed signs of age, but was clean and comfortable. The shower was adequate - not a strong flow, but a good temperature. Breakfasts were splendid.

“Don't chose room 10. It is over the door to the parking lot and they do a brisk bar business. I heard someone shout Oiy at midnight.”

“Our room was overpriced for a below average room (£140) ... Our friends paid £135 in the same hotel and got a much nicer room so it seems like pot luck but ours needed a serious revamp to justify the price....It was very 1980's!!!!”
