From beginning to end our visit was perfect: The rooms and Hotel are spotlessly clean. The hosts are very friendly, charming, attentive and jolly. We had welcoming warm mince pies with coffee and tea. There was a large, high quality breakfast choice including amazing coffee.

Hi Tanya, apologies for the slow response, we missed your question. All our rooms are on the first and second floors. The staircase to the first floor is quate a long staircase as it turns a corner also. Please phone if you would like further advice.
