Mark and Alexandra the proprietors are very welcoming. The room was in great order when we arrived and looked just the way it was depicted on their website. Their COVID-19 safety precautions were sensible and made us feel safe as well as feeling at home. The shower was hot (a must for me!) and the duvet was incredibly warm and comfortable. Breakfast on each day was delicious. Due to COVID-19 you make your selection the night before rather than there being a buffet to choose from on the day. The English breakfast was great as were the options for toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay in Malvern. They're very passionate and knowledgeable about the area and made recommendations of restaurants (and specific restaurant dishes!) as well as walks, taxi firms and more. We would definitely return.

My husband and I loved our visit at this gem. This was our first overnight visit to the Malvern and it was made memorable due to our stay at Trehen House. Both Alex and Mark are amazing hosts, would definitely be going back and highly recommend!

A great place to stay in the Malvern Hills. From the moment of arrival, the hosts were very attentive and ensured that everything was just right including providing excellent recommendations on places to eat evening meals and good walks to to go on during the day. All the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were really top notch - it was hard to know what to go for. Definitely somewhere to return to.

Stayed here for a weekend. Great location to the malvern hills. House is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Owners are so friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable. They recommended places to eat and would book you into them if you wanted to go. Fantastic breakfast choices, and cooked to perfection. If your looking for a place to stay make this top of your list and it wouldnt disappoint.
