Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is our 6th stay at what must be Malvern's best B&B. Alex and Mark are such wonderful hosts providing top notch accommodation. All the rooms are so beautifully decorated , immaculate and very cosy ensuring a relaxing stay. We always look forward to the fantastic breakfasts with home made muesli and the cooked option with quality locally sourced products. The honesty bar in the lounge which is really well stocked is a lovely touch! Can't recommend this place enough!

A wonderful stay in a quite fantastic house. Alexandra and Mark are great hosts, personable, friendly and really helpful. Our room (Darwin) was superb - immaculately decorated (as is the whole house) and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are fantastic, particularly Mark's speciality omelettes.

Arrived at Treherne House late afternoon and was greeted by Alexandra one of our hosts, Mark was busy in the garden keeping everything shipshape. First thing asked was, would you like a tea or coffee after your journey, brilliant! We were shown to our room, which by any standard was superb, en-suite, comfy bed, drink making equipment, plus as usual a T.V. Thereafter this location just outside, 1 mile, Malvern was ideal for visiting both the town, the magnificent hills, and many local places of interest, too many to list. I could go on more but suffice it to say that our stay at Treherne House, in itself a beautiful building, was made all the more relaxing due to the efforts and cooking skills of Alexandra and Mark. A place not to be missed.

Everything about this place and the time we spend here is simply spectacular. The ease if booking. The personal touches, the friendly owners and the rooms are fantastic. We would live here if we could! Highly recommended from a very fussy household.

This was not the first time we have stayed here and it definitely won’t be the last. Alex and Mark are the perfect hosts, we stayed in Elgin and this is a fabulous room with a huge bathroom and a bed that’s so comfortable you’d have trouble getting out to enjoy the delicious breakfast on offer, highly recommend Mark’s full English. Can’t wait to return.

Mark and Alex are great hosts and keep a lovely upmarket B&B, we can understand why all their other guests also rate them so highly. The room we had was excellent, the bed very comfortable, the facilities more than we could ask for as were the delicious breakfasts. The grounds and garden looked like a great place to relax, only the weather stopped us making use of it. Well worth visiting as we hope to again in the future.

This beautiful guesthouse did not disappoint- it was everything we expected and more. Alex and Mark are the perfect hosts and we can’t recommend it highly enough. If we were the picky type we would really struggle to find anything wrong. The house itself is stunning; the room was perfect, there are so many little touches which all add to the perfect stay, including a little birthday banner in the room and at breakfast! Just wonderful and we will definitely visit again :-)
