Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We are generally great fans of Premier Inns unfussy style, comfortable beds and food. However this hotel is showing signs of distress and wear. Our room was shabby. The TVs remote didn't function correctly, so could only scroll thro all stations to find one to watch. The "King size" bed seemed uncomfortable full of springs and was "too small". So all in all pretty miserable hotel room.

we fancied a few days at Malvern to do a bit of walking. From past experience we've learnt that Premier Inns meet our needs for a family stay. spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. breakfasts and dinners are good too. the view from our room is not great, but the location of the hotel is excellent...just 10 minutes drive from some fantastic walks. the hotel has plenty of free parking. one of the highlights of the Malvern Premier inn are the very friendly and helpful staff.

We normally tend to stay in Premier Inns because you know what you're getting. We wanted a few days in Malvern and this was reasonably priced and, though it looked like it was slightly out of town, it didn't look like the walk was that long. However, it is on a retail park quite a distance from town which just doesn't suit us. We like to have a wander around a town in an evening and to pop into a pub or a restaurant. We just couldn't do that here and it spoilt it for us. We had to book taxis and one let us down after confirming our booking leaving us stranded in town quite late at night (not Premier Inn's fault of course but it's the location that doesn't help). The hotel itself is not huge but has plenty of parking. It has a small restaurant which we had breakfast at. This was fine, with plenty of food on offer. Our room was a little smaller than I usually find in a Premier Inn however that wasn't an issue. There are plenty of shops nearby (Morrison's, Aldi etc) if that is what you need. I would only use this hotel if I were on business or passing through for some reason. I wouldn't use it for leisure as we did.

Standard Premier Inn - comfy bed and decent sized room. Problem with our aircon/heating - made a constant whistling sound so had to pull out room key and had no power. However, it started again at 6am. No staff available to report the issue to - room 207. Also further away from Malvern town centre than we thought it would be - £10 in a cab. Brekkie great and staff super helpful (when we could find them!).

Nice good room. Especially for business visit to industry park perfect stay. Food for dinner is great and recommended. Breakfast is a bit low in diversity but good. Checkin is digital. Cheap as well. No real hall at entrance directly in restaurant area.

Needed a room for the night whilst visiting the area and PI Malvern lived up to my expectations. Building welcoming, staff pleasant and friendly, room clean and comfortable. Didn't eat there but the restaurant/ bar space looked light and airy. Will definitely stay again should the need arise.

Really good location for visiting the show ground. Free large car parking. Excellent staff who were friendly and nothing was too much trouble including the Sunday breakfast chef. Will definitely stay when visiting again.

Previous visits have been fine, but this time small problems spoiled our enjoyment of the trip. Faulty toilet cistern, poorly serviced bathroom and missing towels was irritating especially as Premier Inn increases prices when the local theatre runs productions. If you are going to charge top rates make sure you get the basics right.
