Not as described on the website. I booked to stay in a 3 star guest house and for some reason stayed in the 2 star place next door. I did ask the reception bit got no reply as to why. It was very cold and unless bed and blankets to keep warm. The staff were not very helpful Would not...

Stayed in room 4. At front of building and above dining room, room was clean but that was the only plus. The toilet was extremely noisy and just a partitioned corner of the room. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The very cheaply double glazed windows did nothing to keep out the noise of...

This guesthouse was clean and the staff were friendly. The television in my room didn't work properly and also I had no wifi. However for the purpose of the visit (to sleep) it was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Barbourne Guest House for 1 night when the Victorian Christmas Market was in Worcester... Plus points, staff pleasant, clean, large rooms good breakfast, secure parking, only 10 mins from town.
