Amenable, helpful staff, good facilities- although no lift to get disabled patrons to first floor! Food good quality, lovely grounds! Planning on returning to renew our vows. Events planner was very helpful and accommodating- worked within our budget!

We stayed here and what a wonderful time we had! The room was comfortable, food was gorgeous and as for the staff, they were fantastic!. Every member of the team we spoke too were friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them and were so helpful. The walk we had around the hotel grounds was superb

We wanted to visit Worcester as a last minute decision, and opted for this hotel. Restaurant food was very good and reasonable priced. Rooms were ok ,but still felt hotel was overpriced as a whole. The surroundings are lovely and it's nice and quiet considering its proximity to the motorway. One thing to be aware of is the bar closed...

Stayed for 3 nights and came away very disappointed and would not go back again. The curtains were mouldy, mattress too small for base, extraction in bathroom didn't work, decoration in general very poor, needs a complete renovation. The staff are all very willing and helpful under difficult circumstances. Breakfast is good and plenty of it. Dinner was a let...

Friends booked us in here as we were meeting up with them to go to see Worcester Warriors play Leicester Tigers - the ground is only 1.5 miles away (but a taxi costs £10!). On first sight the hotel looks good, but when you look below the surface it is missing a lot of the little extras that make the...

We have just come back from a few nights at this hotel and it was a lovely experience. 10 of us meet up annually from various parts of the U.K. And we decided this was a good location. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the rooms were good, breakfast and evening dinner were excellent. I have seen comments about the...

Very dated and in poor state of repair, external windows all peeling and wood cracked, furniture in reception ripped and shabby restaurant has clearly been revamped. We were told they were fully booked on arrival and best to book for dinner. On arrival at restaurant at 7.30 4 other guests present, took two hours to cook and serve two course...

I booked this hotel for a colleague who wanted to stay in a rural location. The setting was perfect. But the Executive Suite was tired & dated. Ok for one night but we won't be planning any business meetings here Dinner in the restaurant was ok, nothing special. They were keen for the three of us to vacate our table...

Dear Guest Thank you for your comments on Tripadvisor. Thank you for bringing to my attention the fact that the staff were setting up for breakfast which is not acceptable and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I will find out who was working on that evening and will readdress. Kind regards, Michael Pique general Manager
