We stayed at The Shoreline B&B for 3 nights for my birthday and our wedding anniversary treat. Candy and Lenny (and Rocky the dog) were very welcoming right from the start. The guest house is kept lovely and clean, rooms are bright and airy. All Covid-19 precautions are being followed, hand gel for use at the front door and in the breakfast room We had a sea view double room (oh those views!!) with ensuite shower, TV and DVD player, kettle for the tea and coffee with biscuits provided in the room. The bed was lovely and comfortable, had the best sleep every night. Breakfast is absolutely lovely, served in the breakfast room with views out to the sea while you eat. Help yourself to cereal & then a full English, more than enough to keep you going right through to tea time. It was very hot but Lenny provided us with a fan for the room as soon as he realised I was not coping with the heat. Both Candy and Lenny couldn't have been more helpful and amiable and always willing to have a chat, made you feel more like friends than guests. Highly recommend the Shoreline

We were given a warm welcome from Rocky the Staffordshire Bull Terrier and his colleague Candi at this bright and friendly b&b with epic sea views. Rocky and his team kindly provided gluten free toast for my boyfriend and even stabled his bike overnight. The town centre is just a couple of minutes walk and the beach is directly opposite the front door. Perfect!

We felt extremely comfortable and the proprietors were very accommodating.

The room was really clean and the sea view was gorgeous.

Our car broke down and the proprietor even offered to help us, which was a lovely touch.

100% would stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the beautiful Shoreline guest house over our graduation - we were made to feel so welcome from the second we stepped through the front doors.
With everything we could need in the room from tea and coffee to towels and shower toiletries, and a delicious breakfast offered each morning, we couldn’t recommended this place enough.

Thank you so much to Lenny and Candy for being so friendly and caring. We look forward to visiting again!

This was a great place to stay, I'd like to say a big Thankyou to Lenny Candy and Rocky the Staffordshire Bull Terrier for making us all feel so welcome. Thankyou very much. We had a great night's sleep after a long day's riding, we arrived weary and wet after 30 miles of rough terrain. Candy washed all our damp gear for which I was very grateful. The room was comfy, the shower hot and we headed out on the town. We were greeted by a plentiful breakfast the next day, thanks to Lenny for the full English and hilarious jokes over breakfast. Located directly opposite the beach, this is a great location with all the shops and stores just a 5 minute walk away. Standing on the beach with a hot coffee at 06:15 can't be beat. If I find myself in Aberystwyth again I intend to stay here. Quick tip for the dog lovers among you, Rocky likes his chest rubbed after which you'll have a friend for life.

No complaints, can't wait to go back.
We stayed here in June 2022 and we can't recommend it enough, the location is perfect right on the sea front when you open the front door. The hotel and facilities were absolutely spotless and I'm not easily pleased! And the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. With all that been said I've not got to the best part, the full English breakfast. Wow, Best breakfast I've had the sausages were to die for. We've already booked to go back in Spring/Summer 2023 and can't wait. Thanks guys 👍

Once agin we had the most relaxing long weekend at Shoreline Guest House. Candi and Lenny are lovely hosts, they are always welcoming and very friendly. The full English breakfast is delicious and definitely sets you up for the day. Rocky the resident dog will join you for breakfast if you are ok with that, he is adorable. Candi is attentive at breakfast, making sure everyone has whatever they require. The room was lovely and clean, when the sun is out it can get warm in the room but there are fans for your use if you wish. The beds are really comfy so you get a really good nights sleep.
The Shoreline is right across the road from the sea, it was so relaxing to fall asleep listening to the water lapping onto the shore. It isn't too far from town, a nice walk along the front or go via the back streets or through the castle gardens. There are fantastic views from the sea view rooms and from the breakfast room and also from the castle gardens. The sunsets are amazing.
I would whole heartedly recommend the Shoreline to all of my friends

We went to Aberystwyth with a tour package who had booked us in here. The guest house is situated right in front of the beach with amazing sea views. Although the sea facing rooms were booked, we got one at the back which was very spacious and clean. they provided us with plenty of linen and the housekeeping was very good. Breakfast is served downstairs and is very filling. Candy the host was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and a very interesting conversationalist. Overall highly recommended !

We stayed at the Shoreline Guest House on our visit to Aberystwyth on Tuesday 8th August. It was a fantastic place to stay, Lenny is a lovely man and a wonderful warm and friendly host! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The other areas are really nice too. We were lucky enough to meet Rocky the dog before we left. Such a lovely place and people, we’ll definitely stay again! Thank you Lenny! From Dave and Nikki!
