A family group of 12 stayed at the Four Seasons for 2 nights for my sister's 60th birthday weekend. Some of us had rooms in the hotel and some in the annexe. The staff were great - really helpful and obliging. Cynthia particularly was brilliant and went out of her way to ensure that the event was properly celebrated! Breakfast...

Arrived just before 8pm one weekday evening. No nearby parking. Told restaurant had just closed then would be able to make me a meal - under-cooked chips & overcooked fish. Poor single room old bed & furniture from 1970's in need of full refurbishment, nothing like the illustrations on their website. Room also in need of cleaning. Won't be returning...

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons for two nights. We've stayed at many hotels in Aber over the years and had previously overlooked this one - perhaps because it's a bit tucked out of the way (but still extremely central and close to the sea but without sea views). Anyway, we arrived to a very warm welcome...

Booked for a one night stay with 2 rooms booked for myself the missus and our dog and in laws in the other room. Quite impressed with the hotel on first impressions, and the rooms were comfortable clean with all you needed. However the hotel was far too warm and the room was like a sauna with every radiator turned...

I booked this hotel for 1 night as I was in the area on business, on arrival I was asked if I booked en-suite which it stated on my booking! After 20 minutes they decided they couldn't honour my booking but had moved me to another hotel, on arrival here the booking was for a inferior room and seeing the...

Check in was okay and simple but the room was quite confusing to find. When I got to the room I found a tiny, freezing. The heating didn't seem to turn on. The bed was the hardest, lumpiest bed I've ever slept on. Shower was adequate and breakfast was okay. Definitely not worth the money.

I'll get my negative comments out of the way first. The decor in our room was a little tired, and the room was on the small side as my husband and I we were travelling with our Labrador dog. There are comments in some of the other reviews that could be justified, but certainly not enough to spoil your stay....

For some reason my original hotel couldn't honour my booking but transferred me to their sister hotel- the 4 seasons. As a result I wasn't paying full 4 seasons prices but the standard of my room, its size and the facilities were faultless (room 22 by the way). Room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was good but...
