We have a Fully licensed, modern, comfortable Park Kitchen Restaurant which is open daily from 7am till 9pm with complimentary parking facilities.

Last minute break. A chance to spend a few quiet days at the hotel and enjoy the excellent breakfasts and superb choices on the large menu, along with the vegan and vegetarian options. I have enjoyed every meal at the Park Lodge.

Loud buzzing from the electrics in the room. Only way to make it stop was to remove the door card. Front desk not interested. Despite being mid week loud drink party in room next door. Called to reception who did tell them to be quiet but staff made it seem like an effort. I’ll be avoiding this place in future.

We came for a weekend to visit my parents and my father had rung the previous Tuesday to book a table for a lunchtime meal. My dad is disabled so his needs in terms of where he is seated is slightly different for reasons I won’t go into. On arriving my father told the young man behind the bar we had booked and he had requested a specific table which the receptionist had confirmed on the phone. The young man told my dad in a rude manner there was no booking, clearly my dad was quite upset and this was not picked up by the gent who continued in his rude tone. Rather than just apologise and say he would sort out another window seat close to the lobby he directed us to a central table and continued in his rude manner. I would recommend that you give this young lad some customer service training as his tone and manner were totally out of order. As a contrast the waitresses were very polite and helpful.…

Stayed with our daughter in a family room. Everywhere/thing was in great condition, modeern interior and clean. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Ate Dinner and Breakfast in the restaurant as it was good food at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place, its the 4th time we have stayed in Aberystwyth over the last year and easily the best and will be our first choice from now on.

Excellent hotel, very very clean rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are so comfortable. The restaurant was spotless and service very good! The food was tasty and so was the breakfast. Would recommend as the location is ok not too far into town.

This hotel is very average. Clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Nothing to write home about but very good for one night. The restaurant however, is the noisiest place I’ve experienced! I was alone and sat in what I thought would be a quiet corner but it was so noisy. The food was very boring, little flavour. Huge portion but the place is soulless and has the vibe of a canteen. For the price per night I would have expected a bit more finess. On thé plus side there is plenty of parking and the staff were very nice.

Booked specifically for Sunday lunch. Arrived at 1pm ordered and told 5 minutes later there was no sunday lunch left. Complained to no avail thus the public review. I would therefore advise anyone looking for a Sunday roast dinner try somewhere else.

We came to visit sadly for a funeral, my mum and brother travelled from Devon and I flew in from overseas. We arrived at approx 9pm and already checked in online so we collected keys dropped our bags and headed straight to the bar, although we were informed it closed at 11pm. We enjoyed the local Welsh beer, and even when the closing time approached the gentleman who I assume was the night shift manager (guy from Walsall) said we could stay longer not a problem at all. We hadn't pre-booked breakfast but we were able to sort this in the day, again the lady who served was very friendly and helpful. A shout out to the girls in reception as nothing was too much trouble for them. It was also a coincidence that the wake of the funeral we were attending was also being held here, we did not know this at the time of booking, and the buffet that was put on was lovely and suited everyone's dietary requirements. The only negative thing I have to say was the prices of the bar, but it's to be expected. We will definitely book to stay here in the future. …

After cancelling our second nights stay at a neighbouring hotel due to a lack of cleanliness, it was a pleasant suprise to find that even though this hotel was cheaper, it was worlds apart in its quality of hospitality. The rooms were exceptional for what they charged. This extended to the Restaurant were we had a superb evening meal and a fantastis breakfast to see us on our way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be revisiting this hotel on future visits to Aberystwyth.

Room was booked for a 3 night stay, we had a ground floor, accessible room as requested. It was only when we arrived that we realised that, had we booked directly with the establishment breakfast would have been included! Morrissons and McDonald's were very conveniently across the road! The room was very spacious with walk in shower smart TV, plenty of storage space. There is a large car park, but not many disabled parking spaces. We would stay here again if we came back to Aberystwyth
