Both my wife and I have been trying to get into this hotel for a long time and the wait was well worth it. We stayed in Room 1 and the room was clean tidy with excellent views of the prom and sea. The staff...More
Gwesty Cymru is possibly the best hotel in Aberystwyth. Seafront location. Lovely clean rooms. Welcoming staff. Reliable WiFi. Great breakfasts, although perhaps light on vegetarian options at the moment. I’ve not had lunch or evening meals there yet, but people I know who have rate...More
The hotel is just in front of the sea and less than 5 minutes walk from town center and castle. This makes it a perfect place for a tourist. The rooms are new and the overall hotel is in good shape. We also stayed at...More

Well that is a difficult one. First of all find the hotel and do a bag drop. The road outside the hotel has a yellow line (no parking) so there is always a place to stop and unload I'm sure you will be fine to do this as I think you get 5 mins on a yellow line for unloading.
To the left of the pier (left as you look out to sea) there are no restrictions to how long you can park along the stretch of road in front of the old university building and the castle ruin ( about a mile stretch of road) but everyone else will be trying there too so it might be full. We managed to get about the last space going right at the end of this stretch of road, it was a 20 min walk back! BUT the hotel is worth the walk. There must be car parks somewhere in town but as we got a space on the road we didn't need to find a car park. The hotel will know where these are. Might be best to give them a call and find out where they are before you get there.....they really should advise people before thy go.
...we have a guest house in Llandudno and send our guests a parking map before they arrive and tell them about our bag drop service...😀😀
If you are visiting Llandudno too on your trip do look us up.. The View Guest House😊
