We stayed there for one night (6 people) and the cottage is brilliant. A perfect place to stay over and to relax. You have all the facilities there including kitchen, TV lounge and garden. The area is quiet and local shops are closeby (Morrisons). I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed for one night to visit an open day at the university. The guest house is tucked away in the corner of a road in a small village outside of Aberystwyth but it's easy to get to by taxi. The owner of the hotel wasn't around when we first came in and left the keys and a letter explaining everything...

This place is poor. Hard to find in the dark as no signage. Breakfast is also really bad. Mouldy tomatoes in the fridge and poor selection. The breakfast room was dirty and dusty. The house generally is poorly kept with attention needed. The garden is a real mess with kids toys left abandoned. To be honest, air bnb is a...

Stayed here for two nights with my parents. At first it was very hard to find especially when you have never been in Wales before. Once we found the house we were greeted nicely by the owner who was preoccupied with his children. We stayed in the family room which had a king size and a single bed. I stayed...

Julian returned my e-mails promptly and almost everything was just as he had said. Moreover attention and service were excellent especially the wholesome breakfast, great wifi excess, very clean linen provided and...

Breakfast was a feast and set us up for our busy days in Aber. Thanks Julian for the local knowledge on restaurants etc. Very precious earphones...

First we tried to change our reservation date to the following night by calling the number provided to the owner, no answer, we tried multiple times, still no answer, so could not and ended up keeping same plan because we didn't want to lose our money. Reserved through booking.com, which stated no cancellation fees, no charging our credit card. But...
