My daughter and I have just stayed at Baytree Lodge for one night, so that we could visit my son at the uni. This B & B is conveniently located, just a short walk from the town centre and there is plenty of off road parking. We had a pleasant, large room, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds, as well...

Overall good stay. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and have no complaints on the service received. The rooms although relatively small feel homely and are equipped with the essentials including tea and coffee making facilities and a small wall mounted TV. Certain furnishings are outdated and shabby in parts however fit with the style of the building. The...

Very friendly staff that go the extra mile to make visit great without being intrusive. Clean comfortable rooms. And of the 4 hotels/guest houses I have stayed at in Bangor before, the overall best. Plenty of off road parking too.

Overall a great place to stay if you're looking for a bed for the night. Staff were very friendly, and were always there to help out. I would echo some thoughts on the being a tad over what I'd thought it should be (£70 seems more correct), not £80. The food was great, and a perfect start for the day....

Stayed on a Saturday night for 1 night staying in a ground floor room with a large Bay window. The room was a bit crampt with limited space to manoeuvre and the TV on the wall was no more than 18 inches - like a large laptop. The reception service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was traditional but the...

Just what we required, an overnight Saturday stay whilst in Bangor attending the wedding of some friends, this B&B met our requirements in that Free Parking yards from the door was provided and an excellent friendly greeting by the host, who showed us to our room for the evening. A clean, en-suite bedroom with two large beds met expectations and...

The B&B is in a great location, in between the town and the pier. It is a family run business and they are very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely. Very clean, reasonably priced and would recommend this B&B

We have been visiting the Baytree Lodge for the last three and a half years whilst our daughter was studying at Bangor University. If you want a good friendly guest house for one or two nights then this place should be considered. The ladies who run the place are lovely and friendly, the breakfast is nicely presented and plentiful and...

A B&B in Bangor in easy reach of pier and local shops, also close to a few pubs. The ladies that run the place are enthusiastic and great and give you a warm welcome. The rooms are okay, but a little small for the price that pay and should probably charge per room not per person. The place has character...

I walked the Wales coast path from Chester to Bangor and Baytree Lodge was the worst place I stayed in out of 7 nights. It was like an overpriced doss house. I paid 60 quid to stay in a double room on my own for one night but there wasnt actually room for a double bed. There were no bedside...
