Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in the bungalow for the past week, fantastic accommodation, lovely and spacious and clean and every amenity you would require, tv in every room, Wi-Fi through, all the kitchen utensils, double clean BBQ, hot tub and nice secure garden with glorious views of the mountains, with cows and sheep in the nearby fields for company, nice onsite bar with a few choices of beers and bottles, town is 3 miles/10 mins drive away, Tesco, Asda, Morrison, takeaways, it’s was all good!!!

Amazing time at white tower, would definitely return. The staff so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help, park spotlessly clean and safe. Children loved the park and pool area and had an amazing time making lots of memories with new friends.

Myself, my mum and 2 sons stopped in the bungalow 15th to 20th May 2023. It was very spacious, better than the photos. Kitchen was well equipped with breakfast bar. Lovely lounge/ diner leading out to the spacious garden and hot tub area. Hot tub was clean and well kept along with the garden. The bedrooms were lovely, comfy beds and linen was clean. The bathroom was spacious with shower over the bath. Plenty of room for 2 cars outside. Games room was open but machines turned off. We played pool twice but it was a struggle due to lack of room around the table especially for young adults. The club house was due to open the day we came home. But to be honest we enjoyed drinks in the garden some evenings as the weather was so nice. We visited Dinas Dinelle beach, and Airworld just up the road. There are fantastic views from the iron age hill Fort adjacent to the beach. There are a couple of cafes, toilets and a chippy at Dinas Dinelle and a Tesco just before you go into Caernarfon itself.l(about a 10 minuite drive). There's plenty to do in the area for both young and old. Would definetly recommend Caenarfon Castle and the Anglesey Arms on the estuary front for a drink with lovely views. We loved the bungalow and will hopefully return one day with my husband and other 2 boys. Thanks for a great stay.

A very BIG thank you to Jane Blackburn of White Tower Holiday Park Caernarfon who came to our rescue in our hour of need yesterday. We stupidly got lost walking in the villages around the park, unable to find our way back to the main road & now in complete darkness & unable to book a taxi, Jane came to our rescue and drove us to our cottage in her own car. We cannot commend her enough, this act of kindness from Jane restores our faith in human kindness. She went above & beyond her duties to help us. She's one in a million x Thank you Jane XXX - Gill & Tom.

Amazing place we stayed in the Bungalow had everything you could wish for and was spotless everyone on the site was very friendly couldn’t ask for more if your thinking about booking it just book it you will not regret it. We will definitely be staying again. I spend a lot of time in wales Mountain biking and have stayed at a few places but this by far was the best place only £15 into the town centre in a taxi so definitely a great location. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for anymore also the hot tub was fantastic.

Stayed in the lovely bungalow last week with a few friends, the bungalow itself was so spacious, clean and homely. The hot tub had chemicals added on our second day so it was consistently clean whilst we were there. Had a couple things to talk to reception about (no fault at all) and discovered we had made an error when booking but the lady I spoke too was understanding of the situation. Would definitely stay again and would 1000% recommend to others it’s a great little place. Close to drive too Caernarfon town within 5 minutes but also far enough out to be isolated which we enjoyed.

Where do I start? Came down here from Glasgow for a week's holiday with my wife and mum. Been to North Wales before so knew what to expect... or so I thought! My expectations were exceeded! We hired a two bedroom static in plot 51. I couldn't believe how well kept and peaceful the park was! Spotless is an understatement! No overgrowth, immaculate roads and grassy areas! It's very clear that the Site and caravan owners take great pride in the park, which is something that can be hard to find these days! Our caravan was a 2020 Willerby Linwood and has easily been the nicest static I've ever been in (If you book through Hoeseasons it's a Caernarfon caravan). Spacious and airy, yet cosy on those chillier nights! Lovely comfy beds, ample storage space, well stocked with the essential items such as a knife block and chopping boards (I've been to caravans before where these were lacking... such as the big well known ones) and good quality crockery which all matched! Having OCD, this was huge relief! What I also loved, was having an electric fire as opposed to a gas one, and having the UPVC decking out the french windows and a place to sit. We met so many friendly people just sitting outside having a cuppa! The bin shed was only about 20 paces away, and was kept immaculately clean. We only managed to visit the club house on one night, but we really enjoyed the quiz! It was on our first night, and despite everyone knowing each other, we were made to feel really welcome! The drink prices were quite cheap, despite them not stocking bitter lemon for my gin 😉Covid safe too, with prompt and attentive table service. And not an eyelid batted at our 'funny' Scottish money, as this can sometimes be problematic depending on where you go below Gretna 🤣 One thing to note however, is you'll need a car. I couldn't imagine anyone staying here without driving! There's a one way system on the park, which is just as well as the roads are very narrow. The spaces for parking beside the caravan are also very tight. I had no problems... but I observed some people struggle. Just be aware! And on the driving note, like a lot of roads in Wales, there isn't a lot of space when driving away from A roads. I encountered a lot of single track roads, just take your time, pay attention, and relax. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the park, but it is worth mentioning! I believe there is a small launderette on the site if you require to use it. The nearest shop is Tesco, which is at the bottom of the wee road, then turn left. Keep going another five minutes along the road and you'll find a Morrisons. The only small issue I had (if you could even call it that) was that the bed linen provided didn't smell very fresh. Don't get me wrong, it was clean! As I mentioned earlier I have OCD and have a very discerning taste with my laundry products and routine, so everything smells like it's had half a bottle of Lenor thrown over it 🤣🤣🤣The quick and easy fix was a spray down with diluted Zoflora which I carry in the car with me anyway. Overall... A VERY covid safe and friendly holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed! We wouldn't hesitate to rebook, it proved to be the ideal base for all our roadtrips of the surrounding areas, but also the relaxing sanctuary away from the stresses of post covid daily living. 110% recommend!

A last minute find and lucky to book. Had a lovely two bedroom caravan on site, beautifully clean and perfect for me and my daughter to hide away for a few days. A very well maintained neat site, not too big and very clean. Ten minute drive to the beach at Dinas Dinlle and the same into Caernarfon. There were lots of young families so the evenings were generally quiet. It was lovely!

Just stayed at the bungalow on the camp for 2 nights! We were a family of 6 age ranging from 20 months to 83! The bungalow is amazing, immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Even though it was January the bungalow was so warm and cozy in every room. To top this fantastic bungalow off there is a hot tub which was just perfect we couldn’t get our 20 month old grandson out! It is located quite rural but this didn’t stop us exploring by car. We will definitely be looking to return in the summer months when the Camp will be open fully. If your thinking of staying here you will not be disappointed
