We stayed for 5 nights' at Bryn Guest House. It is a super convenient location not just within Conwy itself, but a fabulous base to explore North Wales. Anne and Neil gave us some wonderful recommendations, the stand-out being Plas Mawr house in the village centre. A must when visiting Conwy (as well as the Castle, of course). After a day out exploring, we loved relaxing in the Guest House garden, admiring the castle walls and watching the colours change with the sunset. My husband and I had been travelling for 6 weeks prior to our stay at Bryn Guest House. This was by far the most comfortable and welcoming. Our room was lovely with an amazing modern ensuite. Neil's breakfast were delicious, especially his scrambled eggs. My favourite part of the day was chatting with Anne and Neil during breakfast. Telling them of our Welsh adventures and their genuine interest and hospitality. A very lovely couple.

It was our third visit to the wonderful Bryn, this time joined by my sister and her husband. They absolutely loved every thing about their stay, the setting against the town walls, the garden, easy parking and most of all your warm hospitality, comfortable room and substantial breakfasts. I am sure that like ourselves they will be back to stay with you again. Thank you Anne and Neil we loved it. Linda, Barrie, Pam and Ockie

First of all, Conwy is a charming small town that is certainly worth a few days' stay. Bryn Guest House was a great, central location to get out and see the area. It's very close to the train station so easy to get to (although the hill from the station to Bryn is steep.) Anne and Neil were excellent hosts. They let us drop bags early and gave good recommendations for restaurants and walks along the castle wall. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Be sure to try Anne's home made jams. Neil helped us get oriented for a walk up Conwy mountain, including a heads-up about wild ponies. Bryn also has a lovely garden with a quiet sitting area.

Anne and Neil are the perfect hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Anne's homemade marmalade and raspberry jam are a must have at breakfast! We felt at home very quickly and made use of their beautiful garden. Bryn Guest House is the perfect base to explore beautiful Conway and beyond. We would definitely stay again - Thank you.

Absolutely the best B&B around. Perfect location, delightful hosts, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and an amazing water garden in the back yard. They are directly next to the old wall so as you walk the wall you can look down on the B&B.

Anne and Neil Carr are the perfect hosts. Jonathan and I stayed in Bryn Guest House for 3 nights. It is a wonderful guest house. Both Anne and Neil are extremely helpfull with many suggestions of places to visit in North Wales. They also recommended a very nice Indian restaurant in Conwy. The Guest house is perfect, the rooms are a very nice size, the en-suite bathroom has a very good shower and the water pressure is excellent. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The linen is all new and is of a very high quality. The breakfast is excellent with a great choice of cerials, jams, juice, delicious fresh fruit. There is of course the traditional English breakfast, made to order and also the choice of muffins and smoked salmon. They offer the perfect breakfast to start your day exploring North Wales. Conwy is a lovely town to stay in, lots to see and do. The scenery is breath taking. Bryn Guest house is the perfect place to stay in North Wales. My only regret was that I was not able to stay longer. Many thanks to Anne and Neil for taking care of us so well. We will be back. Neil Manning

We spent three nights at Bryn Guest House and it was perfect. Neil and Anne go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, providing details for restaurants and places of interest. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were great and the garden is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I would highly recommend a stay at Bryn Guest House.

We stayed back in July 2021, Anne and Neil were honestly amazing, Anne makes her home made Jams for our breakfast and is more than happy to suggest beautiful locations nearby. Neil’s salmon and scrambled eggs in the morning were Devine. Beautiful location, beautiful house and well kept room using locally sourced bathroom products. There is not a single bad word that could be said about Bryan guest house. Anne even offered to iron my shirt for me one day, they have a genuine interest in what you were going to do that day. The grounds are also beautifully kept and great for an evening to sip wine and enjoy being right next to the castle. This place has certainly set the bar for any stay. Mike and Mo

We stayed with another couple for 3 nights at Bryn, but we wish it could have been much longer! Such a special place, with top-notch hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic hot breakfast each day (fresh scones!) Neal and Anne are exceptional hosts, and helped us each day with planning our driving routes and activities. Anne also spent time directing us to the best place to go for laundry service. The house and garden are beautiful, and the location is stunning, with the City wall and tower in the yard! If we ever find ourselves in Wales again, I'd love to come back. There was so much to see nearby that we barely scratched the surface in 3 days. Everyone we encountered in Wales was generous and kind, very lovely people to spend time with!
