This guest house is in a lovely location. We were there during the Eisteddfod week and it was a great place to stay, within easy walking distance of the venue. The breakfast was plentiful with an especially nice fresh fruit salad and more or less whatever else was wanted, and eaten at the same table as other guests, which resulted... More

Thank you for your lovely review. We are glad you stayed here as you certainly added to the breakfast joviality. We were relaxed in the company of like minded people .Although not privy to the breakfast brexit discussions, we did hear snippets, and were relieved that all guests were in agreement. It could have been a tense week. We were met by a guest as Mike was busy downstairs do some washing which, later on when that load was finished, he kindly did our washing. It is always great to find a B&B where that can be done. The double room was comfortable but, the room might be better with a little less furniture in it. The bathroom... More

A great pair of hosts in Jane and Mike. They welcomed us for an overnight stay and were so welcoming. A cup of tea and biscuits were provided as we checked in. Lovely warm welcome with fantastic hosts. Bed was big and comfy and bathroom superb. Lovely plentiful breakfast. Very very nice place. Also dog friendly as they have a friendly cat and dog. The lady of the house was so kind and gave us a lift into the town. Breakfast served in a very nice conservatory with spectacular views.

We stayed while doing the Offa's Dyke walk. We were lost at the Abbey and Mike kindly picked us up. The dinner was fine, with complimentary wine. The internet is not good in that area. Their B&B is in a lovely location, with a dining area in a conservatory, a beautiful dining room.

We stayed here for the HOG circus maximus rally. Mike wasn't to sure about bikers but hopefully we changed his mind. Bryn Merion was everything we needed, comfortable, friendly, excellent breakfast and we will be more than happy to stay again next year.
