My husband and I went to stay for 3 nights with our son and dog. House in bad need of TLC really. Young lady called Kate was most helpful. We ended our holiday short in the end. Wonderful area just shame about where we stayed.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Rustic and down to earth. Rooms and lodges are great for walkers and people looking for a base for their holiday in Wales. If you are looking for 5* accomodation then this is not for you. Go somewhere else. Great value for money. Lodges warmed for your arrival. Tea & coffee provided and...

We only stayed for 3 nights at this location. The main issues were terrible smell of damp everywhere and the shabby (with out the chic!) state of the accommodation. One of my kids has asthma as she suffered very badly. The stunning scenery almost made up for it but having spoken to a few friends staying in other places in...

The cottage was beautiful in an amazing area with gorgeous views. However the cottage itself was filthy. The furniture had stains all over it and the carpets need were rotton. The spare bedding was dirty and the kitchen units and floor were sticky and dirty. The cottage smelt musty and damp. The fire alarm beeped every ten minutes all day...

Wonderful little houses to stop in for Great location just outside of Llangollen! Plenty of space for 12 of us (we had 2 cottages). It was so private it was perfect for out get away! We went and stopped for a hen weekend and it had plenty of space all around! Great views, good location! Would recommend!

The location was perfect for what we needed, Phil was excellent at giving directions and accommodated a late arrival which helped our situation a lot. The apartment was clear and tidy however I would suggest that the place isn't really suited for 4 people in the living area because it is a tight squeeze, having said that.. you aren't in...

We recently spent a few nights at the Chalet, advertised as sleeping 4-6 people. We were a group of 5. Booking and instructions for accessing the accommodation were straightforward and the staff were extremely helpful over the phone. The location of the Chalet is stunning and the accommodation itself was clean. Unfortunately, though, this was overshadowed by what was on...

Stayed in the Snug. Nice bedroom, great power shower in bathroom, kitchen clean and tidy. The views are stunning and the peace and quiet is therapeutic. Very convenient for visiting Llangollen and well placed for exploring the rest of N Wales.

Beautiful location, minutes from Llangollen, visit Abbey Farm and Abbey, plenty to see and do in the area. Unfortunately, we booked the chalet and were very disappointed as the photos do not reflect the reality. It is a small property and four are cramped in it. Shower room is tiny, no furniture on the balcony, cleanliness an issue, felt damp...

Great views and location but sadly the accommodation was shabby. The cooker was dirty and broken, armchairs sticky and sweat stained although covered by a throw. Bedroom nice and large but poorly furnished. Terrace furniture consisted of a few old chairs, lots of peeling varnish, pile of leaves and cobwebs. I could go on... On the plus side the bathroom...
