We hired the whole place outfor the weekends or a hen party, the venue did not disappoint. It was perfect. Clean, warm, homely and right in the middle of things. We had e run of the house which was fantastic and great value for money.

I spent one night in the hostel booking in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price which was is different to my experience of other hostels. I would definitely recommend it.

Were looking for a room at the very last minute. Hostel was dark and empty because no other people were staying that night, so we called. Service was excellent! The lady told us the door code and room right away so we could make ourselves at home and then she came over right away. The cosy living room with a...

When you book a hostel you go with fairly low expectations even though it looks good on their web site.What a surprise we had, all 12 of us,it was every bit as good as the advertising said it was.The rooms were clean and tidy although a little spartan,Bed linen was provided which had been freshly laundered you do need to...

well equipped kitchen/ dining room; and comfortable lounge, with good books, games and a piano. the staff were friendly and helpful. eg. they looked up bus times. I would really recommend staying there.

Lovely friendly accommodating people generally anywhere in the area. Corn mill Restaurant - good for meals and service Hostel - central position , friendly and clean Steam gala - again very informative at the relevant stations Horse shoe Falls- lovely walk Very refreshing to visit a place in England where people smile, acknowledge, help etc etc Well done LLangollen area

We were 3 bikers looking for bed for night great reception from the owner and secure small yard at the back,,5 bikes at a squeeze ,,,spotlessly clean and tidy we had 3 in. 4 bunk room that was on suite . Not bad and at 20 quid each worth every penny and continental breakfast.

We stayed here for three nights while walking offa's dyke (Llangollen, Chirk and one day to rest a bit). The hostel is very clear with great kitchen facilities and a cosy lounge room, with board games, books and instruments. The staff were welcome. Overall really good value for money. I was to stay a few days and I decided to stay for two weeks. The hostel is a transformed house, in a perfect way: it still feels like a house, with the hostel necessities: my dorm had plug, reading lamp and little shelf for every bed! downstairs, large kitchen with two sinks and two stoves, so no one bothering...
