Detailed Reviews
Tracy was so helpful from the first enquiry and welcomed us with good advice on local walks and restaurants. We stayed 3 nights in a great apartment which had everything including a four poster and was spotlessly clean. We just left the car mostly and walked. Both Tracy and Michael made us fell welcome and we want to say a big thank you and hope to return. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here now for about 14 years. Each apartment is individualised, very comfortable, warm after a chilly day out walking, and has all the amenities you would expect for a self catering apartment. There is plenty of guidance from Tracy and Michael as to where to eat / visit but once you are settled in, they just let you get on with things and won't disturb you unless you want something! Plenty of onsite parking is available and its very quiet even when full. There are some lovely walks from the Hall so you don't need to drive everywhere.
Ideally placed to walk into Betws in about 20 mins. The main road has no pavement but it only takes about 5 min to walk that stretch. This time I visited Caernarvon by bus and Llandudno by train, each allowing you to enjoy the fantastic scenery.

Celyn Hall never fails to please. As a group of mt biking enthusiasts this accomodation provides all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our annual trip from Ireland without having to worry about bike security, how to wash clotes etc, etc. It provides everything and is made all the better by excellent host in Michael & Tracy. Very nice accomodation, close to the town and central to all the best biking trails Wales has to offer. Fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay at Coed-y-Celyn Hall. The hall stands in beautiful grounds and the apartment was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities are excellent with everything you need for a self catering experience with nice little extras like Tupperware and a flask provided for our hike up Tryfan. Tracy and Michael are wonderful and helpful hosts and ensured that we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much. Michael gave us lots of useful information about the local area too. Thank you for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again.

After the sudden cancellation of a nearby event, my friends and I were no longer able to stay at Coed Y Celyn but I wanted to send a big thank you to Tracy and Michael who were so amazing and so helpful as I booked our somewhat complicated 12-person stay over several dates.
We are all very upset our visit in the end has been cancelled but the property was fabulous to deal with, very accommodating and if my plans lead me to Wales again in the future I will be sure to turn to this property first.
Thank you also for all the amazing resources sent through as we prepared for our trip!

I returned here with my partner after staying last year with family and we had a fantastic holiday again. Tracy and Michael are so helpful and friendly, they had many great recommendations of places to visit and scenic routes to take which we really appreciated.
The apartment itself was beautifully done out with everything you need in a self catering.
We really enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend Coed-y-Celyn as a lovely place to stay. Hope to be back again in the future!
Thank you for the great stay and also it was fab to meet your very well behaved doggy on our last day here.

My sister and I stayed here for a much needed holiday together and we had an absolutely lovely time. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed and more . It was all very thoughtfully done..The hosts Tracey and Michael were so friendly and welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The pub next to the villa had excellent food and was very cosy.
Great base for exploring area as we were able to drive to snowdon in 20 minutes, as well as being right next to betws y coed for more low level river and hill walking and nice day exploring in the village. Also near beautiful bodnant gardens.
We would definitely return here to explore the area more, it is a special place to stay and I’d recommend it to everybody.

Had a lovely time staying at Coed-y-Celyn Hall with my family over May bank holiday. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious, full of character, warm and had everything you would need. The hosts Michael and Tracy are lovely, and really helpful with communication/info before you arrive as well as when you're there.
The setting is gorgeous - just outside of Betws, and next to the river. Highly recommend a visit.

We enjoyed our stay. Huge, clean, well equipped apartment in a beautiful old house. Nice hosts who are happy to help but not overwhelming. Easy, flat 20min walk into village, 400yds of it is on a busy road with no path - didn't bother us at all but worth mentioning for others. Lovely grounds to sit outside in, with a drink. I was slightly disturbed at night by road noise but my husband assures me anyone who isn't a mega light sleeper like me will be fine! We felt 'at home' and would go back if we return to the area. Happy to recommend to others.
