What an amazing place, been a while since I last stayed here.... Located on the outskirts of Betws y coed, an ideal location to explore the surrounding area, the choice is endless, from the mountains of Snowdonia to the coastal resorts... The apartment is spotless, warm & very inviting... Both Tracy & Michael are lovely hosts & you are greeted with a warm welcome. Also given a send off... Good value... Both Mum & I will be back...
Yet again, an excellent break in the 4 poster apartment this time. Such an amazing place to return to after a hard day's walking. Warm, all amenities and kitchen equipment you could need. Coed y Celyn is like our 2nd home and Michael and Tracy are such lovely hosts. Thank-you, once again.
We stayed last month 2 weeks at Coed y Celyn Hall. It was the 10th time we came from Belgium to Betws Y Coed. The owners Tracy and Michael were very helpfull as usual. The appartments are clean and have all the comfort, fully equipped kitchen, wifi... They give tips to there guests for places to visit in the area. You can vistit castles, walk up to Snowdon, go to Conwy or LLandudno. There are also a lot of waymarked walks in the area. We are looking forward for our next stay at Coed y Celyn Hall
We've had a wonderful time at Coed-y Celyn in a lovely self-contained flat. Immaculately clean, comfortable with everything that we needed. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a cosy lounge area, - so comfortable. Coed - y- Celyn is situated in lovely grounds which offer such a relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of place to park and within walking distance of the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed. The lovely warm welcome from Michael and Tracy was charming and friendly; they were on hand to help at all times. Thank you so much. We look forward to return in the very near future.
This was a super, self-contained flat with just about everything one could want. Although the flat is thoroughly modernised, the Hall and its grounds give the feeling of gracious living in the Victorian era. The garden peters out into a meadow that runs down to the river, if nature is your 'thing' (perhaps even if its not). The owners, Michael and Tracy are charming and live on the property if needed. My only caution (for drivers) would be to take care when turning out of the gates onto the A470. A mirror is provided, but at all times one needs to use the mirror and take extreme care.
