Stayed at Tryfan for 3 nights. Lovely cottage. Very well appointed with good facilities. Wifi is very strong. Very caring owner with good communication. Only negative is the location which is a bit of a trek from Betws or Llanwrst. Very recommended despite the remote location via narrow lanes.

Booked this cottage for a family holiday. It is based just 5 mins outside Betws y coed, lovely location and ideal for exploring North Wales. Zip Forest also being 5 minutes away. A really cosy and comfortable cottage to relax in the evenings after walking and exploring all day. The cottage has a lovely, country decor as well as all the modern appliances Diolch yn fawr, Eirian! We hope to see you again soon!

We stayed in Siabod for a week in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location for getting around Snowdonia which was our main reason for booking but fantastic cottage too! Everything you could need was available in the kitchen - I took some bits with us like dishwasher tablets, hand wash etc but they were all there!! The main bedroom was very big and had a king size bed and ensuite with lovely roll top bath! Wifi excellent - no issues for us at all. Views were incredible and we would definitely like to stay again.

We Stayed here from the 21st of January until the 25th. We had such a lovely time in this lovely hidden location. The location comprises of 3 luxury cottages, we stayed at the Tryfan. The cottage was immaculate, with great facilities and stunning views over fields and you can even see mountains in the distance. This cottage was 2 bedroomed although we only used the main double room. Both bedrooms have their own bath room - one shower and one huge Jacuzzi bath, perfect for those aches and pains. The living room had a lovely fireplace, tv and two sofas. The kitchen was huge and Eirian has really thought of everything, I brought items myself and did not need them. There is parking at the front and two friendly cats whom came to greet us on a daily basis. The cottages are located up in the hills and lovely for those fresh air walks. Eirian was a lovely host, ready to offer help and advice. She even left us some welsh cakes to try which were delicious. I will defiantly stay again! We were lucky enough to have snow whilst we stayed, the place was stunning!! We also looked at her other two cottages which were beautiful decorated and an amazing history. I would highly recommend!!! Thank you Eirian for allowing us to stay, we loved everything, such a hidden gem. Amy and Dominik

We spent a week at Llannerch Goch Luxury Cottages (Tryfan cottage) in May 2018. It was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Tryfan cottage is a modern accommodation (with American-style fridge and jacuzzi tub among other things), beautifully appointed and with lovely views of Snowdonia, especially enjoyable when sitting outside on the terrace. It is very clean and has everything you need. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the nice little extras awaiting us upon arrival (Welsh cakes, tea, etc. and a beautifully laid table). The owner is very friendly and provides lots of very useful information about the surrounding area. She even took the time to show us the other cottage (Siabod), a modern cottage with vintage charm, just as beautiful as Tryfan cottage. The location of both cottages is ideal for walkers. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Beautifully decorated cottage about 10 minute drive from Betws-y-coed. Very clean and homely with lovely views over the field and mountains. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away with our springer spaniel. Only thing to be aware of is the long hill you would have to walk down/up to get to and from Betws-y-coed, a walk we hoped to do down to the village but decided against because of the hill. However, the owner of the cottage has done a very comprehensive book of local places to eat and their menus and a list of taxi numbers. We decided to stay in the cottage instead but we thought the book was a lovely touch when you are in an unknown area. This place was a great location to the Zip World Velocity and Zip World Caverns which we did on 2 different days and there are some lovely forest walks a short drive away along with Swallow Falls only being about a 10/15 minute drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Just spent a really wonderful week at Siabod cottage! It was clean, tidy and warm throughout. The master bedroom is large and has an en suite. The views are beautiful and look out over to Mount Siabod. We were very lucky with the weather and went on several walks including a hike up Snowdon which is a 20 minute drive away. The only criticism is the wifi, its very poor but thats expected in rural areas.
