Visited the stables on Sunday evening. Excellent service in a friendly warm inviting environment. Food was served promptly and was very good indeed. Loved the relaxed atmosphere after a long walk in the rain. Made to feel very welcome. I recommend the stables to everyone who visits betws y coed. Ardderchog

Tried here for a change and it was the right choice. A lovely evening was had by all with excellent food and nice wine at very reasonable prices. Service was spot on, our waitress was called Wendy and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Stopped for a lunch on a cold wet day and found it to be a warm friendly place. Very good areas to eat in and obviously popular. Service a little slow but it was fairly crowded. No complaints as drinks and food were served in normal time after ordering. Food is of good quality and ample.

Spent 3 nights here for February half term. Family room was huge and the children loved it. Our bed was big and so comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant Friday, which was lovely. Food, service, surroundings all good. Ate in the stables the other 2 nights, good food, good value for money. Excellent location to sight see around the...

We stayed here for a night. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The food and staff in the Stables bar were amazing. We revisited several times for food. We were never disappointed!! The steak ciabatta was amazing as was the pork loin and pizza! We'll definitely recommend.

I dont like to write bad reviews, even if visiting somewhere I personally would not return I try to find a positive but this was a poor experience all round. Less that friendly welcome and food not cooked through and staff making inappropriate comments about other staff within hearing distance. Try elsewhere, we will on our next visit to the...

We received a warm welcome to the very attractively furnished dining room. The menu was short but inviting and contained locally sourced produce. The service was excellent. The food looked good and tasted better. We will return on our next trip to North Wales.

My wife and I had a early evening meal, food was decent. Steak was reasonable for the price, slightly overcooked. Service wasn't terrible but we've never been given our own bottle to open and serve ourselves, did make us laugh.
