Detailed Reviews
Never left a review on Trip Advisor before, but this Hotel needs to be shared!
Superlative! Everything perfect from the welcome received from Carol, who's welcoming, professional and knows her stuff about the Hotel, to the food - amazing, drink selections great, to the immaculate spacious bathrooms.
You have to stay at this diamond of a Hotel!
Only downside when I stayed - restaurant closed on Mondays, nevertheless, directed to the best eateries nearby.
Looking forward to my second stay!

We've enjoyed several family occasions at Cae Court and each time both the food and service have been faultless. We've now made it one of our regular haunts as a couple to chill out in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food is always excellent and the restaurant has been tastefully designed for the comfort of the customers. We also had a wonderful evening at one of their wine tastings which was excellent value, wines we probably wouldn't have ordered ourselves and the food as always was divine.

Fab hotel, the rooms very comfortable and clean, they looked like they had just been refurbished, loved the mirror as it makes you look really slim looking in it! The breakfast was fab, plenty of choice and well cooked and served to a high standard, the 3 course meal was very good value again cooked to a high standard, all in all an excellent hotel, we would defiantly recommend !

We spent two wonderful days and nights in this very attractive hotel called CAE COURT HOTEL BRIDGEND, the room we had booked was very quiet and tastefully decorated, it had a large bathroom with a very large 🛀 under floor heating throughout. The Eaves Restaurant was excellent , small but intimate and cosy, the restaurant manager Craig was so nice and very helpful and very attentive in making sure we were comfortable. We were so surprised at the quality of the food and the taste was perfect 👌 and also how it was presented, we felt that every dish was 5star it was as good as the Savoy in London, we got to meet the head chef 👨🍳 to thank all those involved . There is just one other person that we would like to mention her name is SARAH 😊 Who was there to greet us on our arrival and over the next two days made sure that we were well taken care of, thank you so much for this, we would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and hope we will visit again.
Thank you all

Stayed at Cae Court last weekend to celebrate my wedding anniversary.
From the time we arrived until the time we left we we're made very welcome at the hotel. All the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming and all seemed happy. Mario the bar tender makes lovely cocktails : )
We stayed in room 8, which was decorated very well, and spacious. We went for the package which included champagne & Chocolates, pre dinner cocktail, evening meal & breakfast. The food was delicious and stunningly presented.
The owners must be very proud.
I would return to this hotel without a second thought.

We visited Cae Court this weekend to celebrate our anniversary and I must say, having lived in the area all my life, this IS the best eatery I believe Bridgend has ever had. The building is sublime, the decor and ambience is ethereal, and the attentiveness to detail has been carefully and wonderfully crafted. We enjoyed every aspect of the evening, having been hosted by wonderful staff, who all knew how to create such a welcoming and perfect atmosphere. The restaurant manager oversees the entire process, and was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. I truly believe this restaurant will become one of the most sought after venues in the years to come. I look forward to frequenting this fine establishment as often as I can.

Ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after needing a room for the night and it was close to Bridgend designer outlet which we were visiting the day after. We didn't arrive until 6.30ish, check in was quick and receptionist polite, she also booked us into the restaurant of which we had a wonderful three course meal served by good staff ! we were seated by the window which overlooked a river. We had one of the bedrooms which was situated downstairs , it was well equipped and very clean. In the morning we had a freshly cooked full English which was very nice. All in all a good find and would definitely go back if in the area again 😊

Went the Eaves for a Sunday lunch with our family, nine of us, including our eleven month old grandson. The table was well prepared and the staff welcoming and professional. The menu was their fixed price Sunday Lunch, not the traditional Sunday roast though.
The choice was excellent, presented very well and served with style. The starters were unusual and the only adverse comment was that the pate came with a sauce that was a little too sweet.
The main courses were very good and although our daughter-in-law had to get up to see to the young baby, half way through her meal, when she came back, the waiter brought a completely fresh plate of food.
The sweets were top notch.
All in all a very delightful experience, which we will certainly repeat.
