We didn't get charged for using the coffee machine. Water in our room was complimentary but I guess it's dependent on the room type. Normally there is a note somewhere telling you if things are complimentary

If you want to use the facilities there are certain time restrictions for guests, so you need to book a day pass, but check the times if you are only there 1 night. Yes you will have to book and pay for a massage, again... More
