We stayed overnight for my husband's birthday. We had a fabulous experience... friendly, helpful staff, our room was definitely 5* with everything new and top quality. Breakfast was also great. Good selection and, again, very helpful staff. Will definitely be returning soon.

If you be book some treatments you can use the spa, but if not then you have to book a day pass (£20 I think). You can only use the spa early morning and evening as a guest. It's ridiculous that external people get preference over guests. Accommodation is expensive anyway, then add £20 per head on top !!!
