    An amazing hotel
    What a beautiful hotel. Very clean and tidy. Lovely rooms, lovely views, very kind helpful staff who can not do enough for you. Will be staying here again for definite. The spa looked amazing but did not go there as did not pack the right stuff. 10/10 for me.

    If you are under 18 what’s are the special requirements needed ? As I have booked the room under the age of 18 do I need some sort of convent ?
    Afraid I can't help. Although I am surprised you were able to book ! I would ring the hotel if you are worried.

    Are you dog friendly for my well behaved Labrador.
    Good afternoon Yes we are a pet friendly hotel - I have attched details from our website for your information. Pet policy Your four legged friend is welcome, in our hotel, your pet is also on vacation. There is an additional charge of 30 GBP per room per night.     Check in is at 3pm I plan to arrive early can I use the spa whilst I wait to check in
    If you be book some treatments you can use the spa, but if not then you have to book a day pass (£20 I think). You can only use the spa early morning and evening as a guest. It's ridiculous that external people get preference over guests. Accommodation is expensive anyway, then add £20 per head on top !!!
