Fabulous, spacious, tranquil.... memorable food and wonderful staff. Rather tortuous roads, but "Waze" got us there with no hiccups (Vicky on reception was also a great help!). We travelled from Staffordshire for a reunion dinner, but the magic of the place soon made us forget the traumas of the travel!

Fantastic service throughout the day and night, every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent night’s sleep, lovely breakfast. Hotel was immaculately clean. Exceptional all round. Mario was nothing but amazing, hard working man who does everything he can, always smiling.

Manor Parc accepted a same day booking for my wife and I late on a Sunday evening after we were failed by Trav.....dge. Despite arriving just on midnight someone was there to meet us and the room was large and comfortable. The car park light was switched on for us to bring in our things. The room was welcoming, clean, spacious and the en suite was sizeable and spotless. Breakfast the next day was perfect in every way, a Full Welsh!

Manor Parc is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My daughter and new Son in Law held their wedding here. The staff went above and beyond,nothing was a problem and they were all so friendly.

We had our wedding day yesterday at manor parc. It was honestly the most perfect day and everything we could have wanted. Stewart, Vicki, Mario and all the team were attentive and all went above and beyond to make our day special from organising the set up for the day, helping us with luggage, bringing anything we needed to the room and the food service. The food was amazing (wedding food and also breakfast), bridal suite stunning and all our guests had the most amazing time. Thank you all so much x - Mrs and Mr Fox

TERRIBILE. Incredibly rude guy at the phone, maybe the owner. Arrogant and refused the booking after i asked some polite and legitimate questions regarding the safety of the car park and the payment methods. STAY AWAY.

You spent 10 minutes asking questions about the carpark. We told you that there is CCTV and that we have never had a vehicle theft. We also said we are unable to lock the gates as guests check-in and check out at all hours. However, this was not enough for you and you wanted a personal guarantee that nothing would happen to your motorbike. As with any carpark anywhere we were unable to do this. Regarding payment, we always take payment on booking. You did not want to make payment over the phone and we explained we have a secure system. This was still not sufficient for you so we advised that you could book via booking.com if you were still concerned and again you did not want to do this. There comes a point when enough is enough and after 10 minutes of getting nowhere we reached that point which is why we told you we would not take your booking and we stand by that decision.

We held our daughter's wedding and reception at Manor Parc - it was a perfect day. It was so convenient to have the service, photos, reception and disco at the same venue. The Orangerie & Cedar Room made a lovely setting for the service and reception. The gardens make a very attractive backdrop for photos. The terrace is very pleasant on a summers day / evening. The food was good. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. Plenty of parking. Lovely day with special memories.

Me and my friend had a two night stay here whilst attending a concert at the principality stadium. Ideal location, public transport to and from city centre was simple to navigate. Room was ok, lovely breakfast room looking onto the hotels pretty grounds. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, particularly the lady who checked us in. Would definitely stay again.

Lucky enough to be booked into this lovely hotel by my company while working in the area on and off for 3 months , just on the hill outside Cardiff it's very peaceful but also just a few minutes into central Cardiff, Mario and his team run an extremely well oiled machine here , very helpful friendly staff , exceptional food and drinks ( Sunday dinner is a must ) wonderful scenery ample car parking can't speak highly enough of manor parc and 100% would recommend
