Affordable accommodation in the heart of the city. Well located, it's just a stones throw from the trainstation. The room is cosy, clean and warm - a real bonus in December. The early check-in was worth every penny and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

First of all the location in good.. The room 306..we booked a double room, very small with a 3/4 bed...We live in Wales so we know it rains...We came back from our night out absolutely soaked, there was nowhere to hang out wet clothes other than the shower door over the bathroom door, there wasn't a wardrobe as such just a hook..for two people, very poor One towel.. The staff were very smiley but didn't really have a clue.No tea or Coffee making facilities, no parking...we used the hotel opposite for parking...For a price comparison with Premier inn and Travel lodge it doesn't compare, We couldn't get into either of them... Easy group, you need to do better before we stay with you again, if ever

Very nice hotel. Simple stay. Room was small but was only a base for our visit. Clean rooms and very good service at reception. Room was a very good rate and even cheaper in the week. Great budget hotel for a short stay.

Great budget hotel close to the City Centre. Nice modern feel to it and a great price. When we arrived Booking.com had somehow cancelled our booking despite taking payment for it! The receptionist was really helpful and booked us in...and avoided what could have been an awkward situation! Still trying to resolve with Booking.com! Lesson learnt...book direct with the hotel next time!! Highly recommend the place, compact but comfortable rooms with all you need...a bed, a shower and a toilet! Stayed on the 7th views with some great views over the City. Handy for the Utilita Arena too, only a 10 minute walk away around the back of the prison! Would definitely stay again! 10/10

Was looking for a cheap hotel quickly for Sunday so that I wasn’t stuck outside. It fitted in with my budget, was clean, smart, basic, close to the City, peaceful, relaxing. Also the decoration is nice colours and so it the view from the window

Lovely cosy room, staff great, in particular Waad who is very helpful warm and friendly rooms small but comfortable with a good shower and fluffy pillow. Much recommended for a weekend break or overnight stay

Pros - The people who work here are very nice and the location is central to most attractions. The hotel is clean and secure. Cons - Although they provide a coupon for discounted parking at a garage nearby, it is pricey and not convenient. The Wifi could be slow at times.

We arrived early and paid for an early check in which was £20 , the room given was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, but I went down and spoke to reception and they offered us another room which was larger . The room itself is basic but is spotless clean we was overlooking the main road and it was so quiet so a good nights sleep was had . The hotel is in a really good location about a 10 minute walk to Queen Street train station also central to shops, bars and restaurants, so you are away from the hustle and bustle . Would definitely stay again well worth the money .

A pleasant stay in a snug room for 2. It was extremely clean and comfortable for a night or two. The staff were super friendly and dogs are allowed for a small fee. I would highly recommend this hotel as close to the city and although the room was small we only needed a clean comfy bed for the night and got just that! Great value for money too.

Perfect hotel and at a good price , I've managed to get a double room and it's probably one of the bigger rooms , clean and tidy as normal and really smooth check in , very central to the city centre just a sort walk way and the train station is round the corner connecting to the main Cardiff Central Station , stayed here before and defo will be back
