My experience was all positive. I immediately liked the location, in a residential street and a very short stroll away from many restaurants and shops. A lot of thought has gone into the decoration of the rooms and B&B. I stayed in the French room and everything from the furniture to the wall paper reminded me of France and I am French. The bed was very comfortable, i had my own terrasse with outdoor seating, table...The weather was lovely so I stayed out reading until late. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit salad, fresh juice and a huge selection of deliciously cooked breakfast. I loved the fancy salt and pepper dispenser. The owners are very friendly. I never thought I could find such a gem in Swansea after a few disappointments. Don’t bother with hotels when in the area and stay at the Mirador B&B instead.

Very gracious hosts who serve an excellent breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are 'different', I was in the Africa room and expected a monkey to jump out of the wardrobe at any moment! However, they are well appointed and spotless

Blown away by this place. When I arrived, Jeanette said there were quite a lot of stairs - didn't look bad to me, but there were even stairs in my "suite". Wardrobe was downstairs, upstairs to the bedroom, living room and bathroom! Great selection for breakfast - great food and fabulous service. Will certainly be recommending this place to my friends. No wonder they've received awards from Trip Advisor for the past 10 years!

Stayed in the French room for the weekend. This hotel is a real find and so refreshing compared to the chains. It was obvious that a lot of thought had been put into the rooms, which were well appointed and scrupulously clean. The owners were really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and there was a lot of choice. We would definitely stay here again!

What a delight, a unique boutique hotel with absolutely delightful owners. We had the oriental suite, found up a private stairway. A small bottle of prosecco with 2 glasses in the fridge awaited with wonderful room. The breakfast was superb. We will definitely go back!
