Rooms are clean, noisy at front as close to bars. Atmosphere in hotel has changed from previous stays - staff in bar and restaurant let down this premier inn. Poorly trained, lacking in customer service. Customers are seen as hindrance. Security issues too during stay - drunk man in restaurant threatening other guests and staff, saying he was going to... Breakfast better than expected with lots of fresh choices. All the remaining facilities were excellent. The staff is very attentive and kind. Cleanliness without any bad note. A hotel to be considered next time.

I stayed for business and as always the room was clean and comfortable the dinner and breakfast meal deals were excellent value and good value for money. You don't expect cordon Blue cooking at this price but both meals were well cooked and tasty.

An excellent overnight stop for early morning Stenaline ferry to Cairnryan. Have used this location on previous occassions when evening meals and breafasts were enjoyed with good value with the meal deals with the added advantage of having meals in the comfort of remaining within the premises.

Great location service and food enjoyed by all three of us. Close to shops and wide range of restaurants and bars. Second visit and we will be back again. Fronts onto a busy road so the higher floors are a bit quieter. Lovely bar and restaurant with friendly and efficient staff.

Would highly recommend this Premier Inn. Lovely clean room, helpful staff and great breakfast. Minutes away from City Centre. Great value for money, we come here every year with the kids to do some Christmas shopping and visit the market.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Cathedral Quarter was traditionally the home of Belfast's trade associations and warehouses, and still has some of the city's oldest buildings. But a stay at Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Cathedral Quarter puts some distinctly twenty-first century attractions on your doorstep. Come in August and hear some of the latest sounds and bands at the Belsonic Festival. Or December, for a Christmas market that pulls out all the stops. Or in September, for all the fun of over 250 events during Culture Night. Or visit any time of year for world class shopping and fascinating visitor attractions. Then come back to the hotel for mouth-watering food and a lovely comfy bed. Please note, this hotel has showers only. From the M1 or M2 travel along the Westlink to the Grosvenor Road roundabout, signed City Centre. Turn onto Grosvenor Road. At the 2nd set of lights turn left, into right hand lane, follow the road turning right (pass City Hall on right hand side). At the end of Chichester Street turn left onto Victoria Street. Follow Victoria Street through the next 2 sets of traffic lights (Albert Clock is on the right) and take the left into Waring Street. Hotel is 300 yards on the right. This hotel does not have an on site carpark. A Secure Cap Car Park is available nearby at a Fee.
