Dear Lorna Many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback following your visit to the hotel for afternoon tea. I have shared your constructive feedback with the Bar Manager and the Head Chef so we can make further improvements to this offering. It was good to hear that all staff you encountered were attentive and provided a good service. Hopefully you will pay us another visit even if its just for drinks in the bar. Once again thanks for the feedback. Warmest Regards Adrian McNally General Manager

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast. Every member of staff was polite and attentive. Service with a smile. The room was lovely. As was the bar and restaurant. Would definitely return and can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
