Really love this hotel, very friendly and helpful reception staff, lobby décor gorgeous as is the rest of the hotel, rooms lovely with everything you would need, restaurant also has maintained its quality and value and is as busy with locals as tourists, live music & DJ also as good as I remember from my previous visit. Would not hesitate...

Stayed for two nights beautiful hotel, close to the Ulster Hall where we were going to a concert, staff were very friendly, room are beautiful decor and the beds are so comfortable. Carpark is a 5 min walk from hotel which maybe a problem for some ! We parked on arrival and left the car until we were leaving !...

Had a really enjoyable night out with friends night before Christmas Eve. There was a set Christmas menu available, but you could also order off the menu and when we worked it out it was better value ordering separately, unless you decided to go for the dearest meals. Cocktails are extremely good value when ordered during happy hour and very...

We stayed in Benedicts for 2 nights. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and granny came along also. We all enjoyed staying in Benedicts. The rooms were really lovely. My teenagers did not want to get out of the beds as they were so comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and we all felt...

Four of us ladies arrived up on 18th Feb. Great welcome and got a free first drink included in cost of staying in hotel. Several drinks later we had early dinner before changing in our room to head back down to the bar. Buzzy atmosphere, staff were always on the ball when needed. Hotel rooms where as you would like...

We arrived as a group of 16. The food was outstanding not a single complaint from any of us. We will definitely be back at a later date. The cocktails...well what can I say, you need to try them all!!

We arrive for a two night stay at this 4star hotel. The hotel is in an area of regeneration within the city so first impressions were not great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was at the back of the hotel overlooking dirty yards and walls. Not great. The room was clean and spacious but there was...

We have had many visits here over the years! Great buzzing atmosphere in this busy, modern and spacious bar with loads of patrons of all ages/couples/groups. Great drinks menu at reasonable prices. We ordered a Long Island iced tea that wasn't on the cocktails specials list which the barman (won't name in this instance) was unfortunately obviously annoyed about !!...

Nice bar wasn't far from our apartments so started the night here. It was very busy we got served fine though plenty of bar staff to keep up with the volume of people, door staff were friendly and polite music was very good and able to bop along to as no room where we were to dance .

Great food and not over priced and the beat the clock prices make a big difference to your total bill if ordered before 7pm. That means the waiter takes your order before 7pm, not if you book for 6:45pm and give your order at 7:08pm :( and the cocktails are cheap too 👍🏻
