Pleasant hotel, rooms clean and serviced well, main restaurant as you would expect & efficient staff, bistro restaurant not so, food arrived within 3 minutes of ordering and was returned as was only luke warm, returned nuked and welded to the plate, ate elsewhere after that. Front desk helpful and we enjoyed our stay in east Belfast.

Stayed here Thursday night on business. This was a pleasant experience, deducted 1 Star because the restaurant was closed, can happen! Very efficient and friendly staff, easy parking, ate in the bar, food was nice. The rooms are modern, wifi was quite good, the bar lacked atmosphere but perhaps may be better at the weekend. Very close to Belfast City...

For my husbands birthday I decided on a return visit to The Park Avenue hotel, this time we took our friends. As usual the staff where both Pleasant and helpful, they gave us upgrades to superior rooms which were fabulous:-)a nice treat for all. The bar food was a little pricey but nice. Breakfast was very good and the waitress...

Lunch served in the bar area is good value, with a varied menu and speedy service. Seating is comfortable. Worth visiting. They have a dining room too but have not eaten there. Ample car parking in the grounds which is free.

We stayed for two nights 28 & 29 December in an Executive room on the hotel's Titantic experience, bed and breakfast. We arrived on the Sunday afternoon and were professionally greeted at reception and directed to our room which was lovely, clean, spacious and a very nice bathroom with TV. We had pre booked Sunday Lunch for 4pm and it...

I have stayed in belfast many times and I have to say I really love this hotel. Beautiful decor, friendly staff and gorgeous food and only a few minutes from the city centre by taxi. One of its plus points is the free car parking, something many hotels in the city do not have. We stayed a few weeks before...

Stayed here to be close to the airport. The positives are the very friendly staff, the large rooms and proximity to the airport, and plenty of parking. In room team and biscuits. However, the rooms are a bit dated, shower either cold or boiling hot, small bath towels, poor room temperature controls. No wifi in the room. In addition, early...

Myself and my work colleagues had booked our Christmas lunch here and it was fab. The portion sizes were very good - I couldn't finish my main course. The table we were given was perfect for our party and the staff were very helpful. I had planned to stay the night but on enquiring a few weeks in advance of...
