I stayed at the hotel for a night so I could have an interview at the US embassy the next morning. I pre booked a taxi to take me to the embassy first thing in the morning through the hotel which was late. Hannah the receptionist rang the taxi company several times to ask where it was and every time...

I was here as one of the organisers of a 5 day conference. First of all let me say the conference staff are the best I've ever come across. Lindsey the conference manager was always willing to accommodate our changes and Bert - well Bert was a God send. He was just amazing ensuring our rooms were ready each day,...

I spent a night in the hotel for work and I have to say that it has the most professional and welcoming staff! The service was great and the bar serves a reasonably priced dinner menu. However, my room was less than average, the bed was uncomfortable and the heat was either too hot or freezing I'm not sure what...

The large downstairs area is very welcoming and useful for chatting or meeting people. Rooms were nice. The area is really quite student-y with the university down the road but this means access to convenience stores and cafes is easy. The Botanical Gardens and museum are beautiful and their cafe was excellent - only a short walk from the hotel....

Accompanied a Schools Rugby team from Limerick from 28-30th October. This hotel is so good for a group. The family owned hotel is part of a group that really treats the customer as King. Stopped for one night for business and the rugby. Meals in hotel was very good. The rooms want upgrading but are ok. No AC in rooms so even with window open was rather warm. The bed was good and pillows where excellent. What more can you ask for staff where also very pleasant and helpful.

I was staying here for some business at Queen´s University and it is literally across the road, a great location and it was a brisk 20 min walk or a 5 min taxi from there to the bus/train station.
