Very clean, comfortable room, beds and pillows were excellent. Shower took a minute or two to warm up but once it did it was great. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the staff were very welcoming. Excellent experience. Staff n the bar, restaurant reception were fantastic as always. The pool lows for rest and relaxation and as an IHG member the perks ensure a relaxed and comfortable experience.

Arrived at the hotel to be greeted by friendly, helpful reception staff. Was shown where I was to stay. But the breakfast staff, Louise, and the chef Stephen were just lovely. Tge breakfast was excellent along with their service! There is a great choice of food at breakfast to choose from, and the chef will assist you if you require other options. Thank you!

We definitely enjoyed our 2 night stay in early November. The entire staff from reception, bar & restaurant were all excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even though there was some minor construction happening, we barely noticed.

I don’t care what anyone says, staff make a stay. In most hotels, the bed is kinda the same, it has a clean shower and they are all of the same standard. Staff make the difference!! Every member of staff make you feel so welcome, from Gemma on reception to Michael at the bar, all of them make your stay amazing. Thank you all at the hotel..xx

Just couldn't rate this hotel highly enough. We visited for three nights with our three small kids. Although our kids are highly energetic and very sociable they were welcomed with open arms at the Crown Plaza Belfast. All the members of staff listened intently to what they were asking for and went to great lengths to try to meet their requests. Heather in the restaurant even sourced a sharpener for our little girl. Rio had a recommendation for how to eat a ice cream trio! Michael in the bar made the best strawberry milkshake. Niki tidied all their teddies so nicely that they ran to find her and thank her. Fionnula and Madalina gave them gorgeous presents as we were checking out. Maggie and Anne always had such a smile in the morning at breakfast. Eimear in the restaurant had all the time in the world to listen to them. We had such an amazing trip and the kids wanted to stay FOREVER. The older kids loved the pool and the toddler loved the playroom. The food was delicious. Thanks so much we will certainly be back. …

While the receptionists were very helpful-as I mentioned previously-Naomi and Fionnuala added that personal touch.Again as already mentioned there was a scarcity of napkins and wine glasses in the Club Lounge.The problem was instantly remedied when reported.
