My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, the room number 8 was for us (ground floor). This is a cozy, spacious and confortable room, ensuite bathroom. Parking is in the place, others cars block yours, we were leaving at 10am so we did not have any problem because the parking was already empty. Breakfast was delicious and plenty!... More

Not a 5-star hotel ofcourse but quite good guest house. Room (5) was big enough and clean. There was some noise from lisbourn road but it was OK. Breakfast was nice (8:00 - 9:30) with cereals, milk, juice, coffee, tea, choise between full breakfast international etc. It was a pleasant staying. Could stay again.

We arrived here to find a large van blocking the doorway. We rang the bell and waited what seemed like ages for someone to let us in. A young woman with a child came to the door and let us in. It felt like we had just stepped into student bedsit. The young woman asked us our name and retreated... More

The room was very large, with a big window, good lighting, and such comfortable beds that I slept too well to notice whether there was any noise from guests. The Wifi worked ok, only dropping once in the morning. The shower and toilet fittings were flimsy but adequate; it is definitely a B&B bathroom, not a hotel one, but with... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with another couple while in Belfast. We were met by Martin who offered us an apartment at the side of the building. If you overlook the lack of maintenance issue, the accommodation was suitable for two couples as we had use of a large lounge, kitchen and two large bedrooms and a large bathroom. This... More

Where do we start? Stayed a few nights only because it was a good location. But that's where the "good" ends. Our room was damp, damp, and damp. Black mold covered every crack and crevice, floor to ceiling, bathroom, fridge, etc, etc, and etc! Not a single window in the joint, except for a skylight (covered in moisture and mold).... More
