Quick check in, staff were helpful and efficient. The wifi was a bit tricky to get working but once I was connected it was great. Food was fine nothing amazing but absolutely perfect. Grand for a last min business trip

The room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful and the wifi connection is very good. But the mattress was one of those ‘wipe clean’ ones with protruding bed springs that dig into your back all night. After I mentioned the protruding springs they did provide an extra duvet (without a cover on it), as extra padding. The heating... More

I just found everything perfect! Clean compact room, cooked breakfast and above all friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks for this great stay! The place is also very secured and offers a 24/24 check-in desk. Highly recommended for people travelling in Northern Ireland.

My elderly mother and myself traveled from the south ( starting at cork city ) to the north of Ireland , every aspect of our trip was completely wonderful. Irish hospitality is alive and well on the Island of Ireland. However, that all firmly stops at the queens elms. The setting is leafy and suburban which is I guess ok... More

These are uni halls of residence, newly built, and very clean and smart. Located in the posh residential bit of Belfast. I traveled on my own on business and it was perfect for my needs. Cooked breakfast every morning. Small supermarket on site. Lovely friendly staff on reception 24hrs. Would definitely stay here again if traveling alone (not sure if... More

very friendly and welcoming. room fine, clean. Breakfast although included, was appalling. The Treehouse was so full of trays with leftovers , i had to empty one to use one. It was a mess and not once whilst I was there was any cleaning done. Cereals, was empty and no milk. 2 guys in kitchen seemed more interested in making... More

Value for money accommodation. Clean. Good location. Safe. Staff were super. Really helpful. Would like to mention - I was late for the buffet breakfast (closes at 10am & my meeting was early morning) - I reached at 10:30am. The staff were having their own breakfast but one of them (a young chap) still got up and served me food.... More

Really liked this accommodation. Student place but very clean and modern. Nice, helpful, friendly staff. Really good breakfast included. In a good location too- within walking distance of a few pubs and restaurants and walking into the city centre takes about 30mins or good bus links. Good value. Probably attracts big groups though, so be mindful that it could be... More

Last stayed here two years ago whilst volunteering for the World Police Fire Games and really enjoyed my time here. I think Elms is a great place to stay for a big event. Returning for a smaller event it lacked the atmosphere and facilities that were previously available such as the bar and late night opening of the shop. Having... More

The accommodation is the Halls of residence for Queen's university, so is quite basic, but comfortable, everything that you need for somewhere to lay your head and have a shower in the morning. Location is very far from city centre in terms of walking, probably over 30mins but Malone Road is a major bus route so transport isn't an issue,... More
