My wife and I stayed in this hotel while attending a concert and visiting the Christmas markets earlier in December. The hotel is in a very central location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We both highly recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Stayed one night on business As a regular user of Premier inns on this occasion, this one fell short of the standards I've come to expected. The plus points - room and bathroom exactly as you'd expect. Comfortable and quiet. Great nights sleep. The food was formula stuff but good none the less The could do better points - service...

Compact comfortable room, pleasant staff, good atmosphere in the bar late on. Would ask for a room away from the street next time, as you would have thought the window was open. Look out for offers as we got a great advanced booking deal.

Overall a good hotel in a decent location close to city centre within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The restaurant and bar were good as was the food and buffet style breakfast.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and Neil even printed off my boarding card for me. To not have a good nights sleep would require a very guilty conscience. Handy for the bus and railway station and the city hall

Hotel is in a great location and found the staff very friendly. Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that we were next to the boiler room - and workmen started in there around 8am and were very loud! Apart from that great place to stay!
