Very friendly staff and excellent service at a very good price. Belfast is an interesting place to visit and this hotel is within walking distances of major shopping areas, museums, and places of interest. The Titanic experience alone is worth visiting the city.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The hotel is quite central and handy for City Hall. There is a bar and restaurant on site and offers available on dinner and breakfast. Check in was easy and prompt, City maps were available and the staff were happy to help with recommendations and directions. Very good value for money and as ever,...

Stayed here for 2 nights (Monday/Tuesday in October) we arrived very early before 'check in time', we were pleased to find out that our room was ready & we could check in early for no extra charge. We had a double room with a shower (no bath), no problems with cleanliness, towels were changed the next day. & if we...

I loved the Premier Inn! Everyone who worked there were so friendly and wanting to help. The people at the front desk were great at giving recommendations of things to do in the area and different types of dining around. The location was excellent! And they did let us know that the underground parking was quite expensive there and directed...

Had a 2 day visit to Belfast Wednesday to Friday and from the moment I checked in to me leaving I could not fault the staff. The gentleman who booked me in advised me the under ground car park was not the cheapest option for parking and directed me to a cheaper one for my 2 day visit. The receptionist...

We have stayed here many times as a family, even though we only live about 20 miles away, and as soon as we arrive we relax. Some people have caravans or second homes.....we have the Premier Inn! It is reliable, clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money! The central location is great, and there is always something on in Belfast...

Very well located for the city centre. Room was clean and fresh and provided everything we needed. There are all the usual Premier Inn facilities on site including a restaurant & bar (serving Costa) if you should choose to use them and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had checked in online however our designated room wasn't ready...
