The Kinbane self-service cottage was perfect for us, with enough room for three people along with a kitchen and washer/drier. The cottage is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and has a great view as well. The Kinbane Castle is within walking distance and is perched on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline you're likely to find. If we ever get back to this area we'll definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent two nights here during our honeymoon trip around Ireland and absolutely loved it. The views from the B&B (especially the breakfast room) are breathtaking. Nan is a phenomenal host! So welcoming and accommodating. I have an allergy to gluten and she had gluten free toast (which was impossible to come across our entire trip) and cookies for me. Its the small things that make such an impression. The room was comfortable and had the best shower! And the location is great, exploring Kinbane castle is something we'll never forget. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Nan for making this such a lovely experience. I hope you enjoy your much deserved vacation!

From the first correspondence to actually arriving at the self-catering rental cottage, our mind was at ease to our accommodations. I had emailed Nan, then phoned her with our credit card info. "The cottage has all you need....just bring a few groceries." she said. That was certainly true and we enjoyed our four days at the lovely, private guest house with amazing views of Rathlin Island and the North Channel. During our late September stay, the weather ranged from balmy to crisp to rainy...which eventually turned into a brilliant rainbows over the channel. Although, no leprechauns or pots of gold were found. : ( The area has so much to see and it is nice to have a homebase to plan each day. Centrally located from Ballycastle, Giant's Causeway, Old Bushmills Distillery, Carrick-a-Rede, etc., Kinbane Farmhouse also has it's own castle ruins!!! Each day we made breakfast then later prepared our evening meal. Another amenity that sealed the deal was the washing machine (and dryer). If we ever travel to the area again. We would gladly plan to stay at this sought after location.

Lovely B&B with great views, comfortable bed and a wonderful host in Nan, can't recommend highly enough, nothing seemed too much trouble for Nan who was excellent in supplying food for my wife who is a coeliac. Hope to return

This review probably sounds like a replay of so many previous entries but I have to concur! Our (too short) 2-day stay was phenomenal. Nan was the perfect host and cook. She made us feel welcome within the first few seconds. The home and grounds are immaculate, but the most overwhelming part of the stay was the surrounding views: green hills, crashing sea, castle ruins, Easter egg sheep (you'll see) and the smell of the "unseen" ... sea breeze. Wonderful breakfast both mornings, but don't overlook the lowly porridge; possibly surpasses the rest of her menu. We're planning to return soon for a week long stay in the future. Thank you again Nan for your hospitality! Ron & Christe, San Antonio, Texas
