Stayed several nights while walking in the Mournes. Perfect location, looking out to sea with the mountains behind. You can walk straight out and onto the hill, after an excellent breakfast. Thank you, Michaela and Gerry, for such hospitality.

We stayed here for one night on a family holiday. The owners are welcomng and friendly; breakfast in the morning is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, my parents room had a little lounge area so we could sit round in the evening and have a glass of wine. Having mentioned this earlier in the evening Michaela had...

We stayed one night at the Broadcove B&B at the beginning of a road trip round the north eastern coast of Ireland. The cottage is located in a beautifu spot on the edge of the mountains, just before Bloody Bridge on the coast road into Newcastle. The view across to the sea is stunning. We received a warm welcome from...

We received a very warm welcome throughout our stay and had a lovely spacious room with adjacent en-suite dressing room and bathroom. It is a beautiful quiet location near the coastal path. We were well looked after during our visit and it suited us not being near the town (but within easy driving distance for dinner). We hope to come...

I stayed here for one night as part of my cycling tour of co.down and the mournes region and was really pleased with my choice of b&b as it was an idylic cottage set at the foothill of the mourne mountains boasting panoramic views over the irish sea to the front and equally nice views of the mountains to the...

One thing we look for when travelling is a quiet nights sleep. We certainly got it. And the room we stayed in had stunning views of the Irish Sea. The location close to Bloody Bridge Car Park was perfect. Kitchen was the best idea i have ever seen in a b&b, very useful. Great breakfasts,i can still taste the tomatoes!...

I stayed in Broadcove B&B for a weekend with three friends. The people running the B&B were absolutely lovely; very accomodating and helpful. Breakfast times were as per our request. They even joined us for a few drinks on one occasion. The location is about 5 minutes from the centre of Newcastle in a taxi, so quite handy. View of...

My partner and I spent two nights at Broadcove and would definitely recommend it. It is in a lovely quiet location overlooking the sea, and at the foot of the Mourne Mountains, about three miles from Newcastle. Taxis to and from Newcastle were a very reasonable £4. The room was very spacious with an equally spacious bathroom. We had a...
