Hotel is a central area with good amenities close by.
Rooms are always very clean with the staff who clean them always happy to supply extra towels and coffee if needed.
Reception staff are helpful, welcoming and always there to give advice.
I would always stay here when visiting Derry.

Really enjoyed my stay, although it was mostly for business and not leisure I still enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was lovely, very spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows came provided in the room, we didn’t have to ring reception for anything as it was all well stocked with towels as well.
Always find the premier inn to be great value for money.
If you are staying here for leisure then definitely make sure you have your car to travel.
Staff were lovely and helpful and the whole check in and out process was very easy.

Overall I would have rated our stay a 3 star based on the accommodation - not spotless - the curtains had something japped up them and the bathrooms are a bit dated . The room smelled of smoke also . We booked 2 rooms for 3 people in each and one of the rooms was only made up for 2 people . The single beds were sofa beds and really not comfortable . However I’ve given our stay 4 star thanks to Gary . He was very friendly , approachable and nothing was too much bother . He answered all my sons inquisitive queries . When we contacted him about a bed not being made up he came straight up and sorted it himself. He deserves a big pay rise ! 😁

On arrival, as expected we were to check in at 2pm, I had contacted property on the Monday previous to add another child (aged 7) I was told there was no problem at all as I had already booked a child of 8 years of age.
On arrival (early we expected to be sent to Brewers Fayre) which is sister restaurant of said hotel, it was freezing cold and food was inadequate and was on on table within 5 minutes which means it was not fresh.
When at reception to gain access to our room at 2pm the receptionist radioed through to house keeping to say it was a quad room.
We were directed to a room which had a double bed and one single, I approached reception and queried the issue, I was then told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do.
There was 2 adults and one chair, I asked for another chair which was unavailable at time but was produced, unlike the single/sofa bed as advertised.
Furthermore I went to reception to purchase crisps which were overpriced and asked advise from night reception whom came from back office wearing a dressing gown!!!! Was rude and then disappeared,
Very disappointing in general apart from friendly guy when we first checked in, beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, would hate to have been a young couple travelling Europe.
Would not recommend folks!
Cheap bur not cheerful!

According to the web page: The coronavirus crisis has brought this into sharp focus, which is why we launched a new rigorous, daily cleaning regime across all our UK & Ireland hotels called Premier Inn CleanProtect!
The reality is that its a health hazard in times of a pandemic. I understood that no housekeeping would take place while we were there for 3 nights and I was happy with that but I did fully expect that the room would be clean on arrival. We were among one of the 1st tourists after lockdown so I though it would be spotless had I known I would have avoided the place. We had to clean all surfaces with antibacterial wipes when we got there. On another note if you have leisure vouchers they don't work in the hotel and the manager was about as much use as a chocolate fireplace when it came to helping resolve the issue, anyone familiar with the programme little Britain will know the phrase " the computer says no". They did work next door in the Brewers Fayre, the staff were more than helpful there in resolving any issues, pity they don't work in the hotel. So far all I am getting from premier inn on the issues are the usual generic emails blah blah blah... stop waffling, get your finger out and do something or is the computer still saying NO!
If the kitchens are anything like the areas visible to us I am so glad we didn't in in this dump

A little bit out of the town but only five quid in a taxi, I was charged 60 pounds for the room, which was spotless and very comfortable.the man at reception was very helpful. Highly recommend . The restaurant was closed due to this pandemic, but is opening very soon , great as it’s just next door

As always is the case with premier inn you know what you are getting. A great nights sleep at a great price. Room was the normal premier inn room with the excellent mattress. Really powerful shower as well. Rooms are no longer cleaned each day so if you need fresh towels or tea reception has replacements. We arrived early and room wasn’t ready but the on-site brewers fayre was grand for an hour. Taxi £5.50 into town. Also supermarket Craig’s is opposite the hotel for any bits you might need.

We stayed here for a friends birthday to have a place to lay our heads after a night out. Check in was good and the room was spotless, only slight issue was no extra pillows (we were told there was some extra in the room) . We went for a continental breakfast, there was no fresh fruit, tea or coffee and the staff didn’t come to the table once. For £15 for two people, we got a couple of glasses of orange juice, toast and a yogurt. There was no reception staff all morning, come check out time we were standing wondering who to talk to as there was no staff in sight. A young girl walked passed and said if we are checking out just leave the card on the desk. Bit of a cold ending to a good trip, but close to the city centre and a good nights sleep.

Spent 3 nights at the Premier Inn recently - on a positive note the bedroom was clean and the staff were friendly. The car park had plenty spaces. The hotel is advertised as being a short stroll across the peace bridge - it’s at least a 40 minute walk. The shower is in the bath so not suitable for elderly people. The free WiFi is very poor but they offer a superior service at five pounds per day. The key cards failed to work on several occasions and I had to go back down to reception to have them recoded so that I could get into my room. The restaurant was ok but some dishes on the menu were not available.

Needed to ask for towels on arrival. Also had to ask for tea and coffee. Bedroom was very basic as was cost of stay. Bins by the seating area outside would need emptied on a daily basis. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Tesco is not far away (maybe 200 yards easy to walk to)and is open 12 hours plus there is a small very good supermarket just next to the Premier Inn as well as a filling station. Tesco is a very large store Again not far from Tesco you would get a bus across town. Not sure about the airport it isn’t far away I don’t think a taxi would be too expensive. There’s a McDonald’s in the opposite direction of Tesco again walkable

Yes i think you can check in any time, there is someone there, they lock the doors but open them when you arrive, maybe phone and check, hope this helps.
