Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had to cancel due to an accident was charged the full cost refused to waver the fee and had the cheek to charge a cancellation fee also. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Very upset as I had fractured my fibula and rang and explained 4 days before the trip. He marked ìt down in booking.com as a no show which is untrue so he is not an honest man.

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. It wasnt particularly cheap (over £100 for one night, no breakfast). The only positive thing I can give is the location which is quite central. The interior common hallway of the building is drab and a bit musty. The carpet on the stairs had seen better days and that's being polite. The bedroom flooring was thick nylon carpet which I was apprehensive to stand on. The room was extremely small, quite tight for two people and had not been cleaned properly, dust and dirt behind the beds and on surfaces. There were inadequate electrical points so we have extension cable running across the room. The window frame had black stuff on it as did the shower tray. The fittings looked like they had been done by a cowboy builder. The proprieter was friendly but the building has no security, using a code that has been in use for a long time and the only lock that could offer protection on the front door was out of use. The place has not been painted or decorated for at least 10 years but probably longer. They do provide coffee and tea making facilities but no cups, or spoons. Seriously!

This B&B is centrally located and a short easy walk to the Walled City. The bed is comfortable and there are clean sheets and towels. The rooms are small and the bathroom is cramped. Taking suitcases up steep narrow stairs is a challenge. The tarriff is moderate and I guess reflects the accommodation. A basic cooked breakfast was included along with free Wifi.

Stopped here for Halloween . Freezing cold room and damp . Dining room for breakfast people had to wear a coat for breakfast and could see there breath . Even The waitress had a scarce and coat on serving ?? The bed room was cold dirty and damp and the beds were small . The shower was only Luke warm and you would have to run around it for ten minutes to even get wet , very poor just a trickle of water coming out . Don't be fooled by the pictures , this b&b is a doss hole Breakfast is small . Couldn't wait to leave and get warm .

The best part is undoubtedly Antonio's attention. At all times he was concerned to know our arrival time (quite late by the way) to be available. He also recommended some places for dinner and the way to get downtown (super close! Same as the Bogside murals). The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom clean. We thought the price included the Irish Breakfast (as advertised on Booking website), but it was not. It was continental breakfast and, if we wanted, scrambled eggs. Even so, it tasted great, it was just the "disappointment" of not having the Irish.

Nice place for a few nights in ireland, friendly hotel near the city centre. Loved everything especially breakfast, it was delicious. I had a problem with the wifi but it was solved immediately. Loved the art and the photographs in the breakfast room. It was a nice stay.

We stayed at Princes just one night in our trip. The house is 5 minutes from the city centre. The staff was friendly with a mention for the Italian guy Antonio who was that kind to point us a couple of pubs nearby where have something to eat. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was at 8 o'clock with plenty of choice. The wifi wasn't working in our room (N. 1) and the shower had no power. If they improve it they will be perfect. We definitely recommend it.

A warm welcome but first impressions of building were uninspiring. Similarly, inside needed to be freshened up and perhaps redecorating. The room was modest, with basic facilities. room seemed clean but en suite bathroom did not exactly sparkle. The breakfast room was an improvement. Breakfast was adequate. This is probably a reasonable choice if you wanted simple accommodation within a few minutes walk from city walls. For perhaps a few pounds more I would expect better accommodation in this vicinity

We were rather disappointed . Very good position for centre of City . But although the dinning room was slick and span the rest of the property needed quite a bit of general maintainace. Breakfast was o.k.?
