I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Aberdeen TECA. My room was very comfortable and staff were lovely. Special mention to William who was very friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was good, but it should have more vegetarian options.

We stayed overnight here while at a concert at P&J Live next door and were impressed. The price wasn’t unreasonable and it was easy to reach by bus from the city centre. A 40 minute journey on the 727 airport bus for £2.60 was good value and there is a bus stop five minutes from the hotel. The airport is also close but we didn’t experience any noise nuisance.
We ate at the hotel in the Cask and Crema restaurant. Good food, service and prices. The Quarter House Restaurant and bar had a different menu and was ideal for a relaxing drink.
Our check in was quick, efficient and we took advantage of the £9.95 breakfast deal, which was well worth it.
Our room was spotless and well equipped as we would expect a nearly new hotel to be.
No complaints at all and we would recommend staying there, particularly if attending a concert at P&J Live with the addd bonus of a direct indoor route between the hotel and arena.

We stayed for 2 nights at presidential suite with terrace. It was not worth over £300 per night. Yes you have more space, seperate living room, additional toilet and kitchenette but standard room there starts at £80 and this is just not three times better. There are no special touches (I do not count 2 small bottles of water in plastic), you usually would expect upgraded toiletries in top Suites but they just left 3 little bottles like in a standard room. We really do not mind spending money but it just was not worth asking price. Reception is lovely, they have sent us a gesture to the room upon realising our dissapointment, really big credit to these professional ladies but the rest of the staff is very inconsistent. Executive lounge was closed so we had voucher for little snack and glass of house wine, poor compensation.

Shower looks designer but there is no door so you will flood the floor, no matter what. Windows do not open and aircon seems pre-set. First day was fine, next it was blowing cold air and would not accept change of setting.

First day we were impressed with the breakfast covid organisation when they invited us for our slot of buffet and then promptly took our cooked breakfast order and sat guests at distance. Next day it was total chaos and we were not served until chased and breakfast arrived 45 min after we got there.

Now to the dinner: since the weather was nice and we had the terrace, we wanted to order the famous Aberdeen steaks and enjoy it in Private setting and covid safe. We offered that we will order, pay at restaurant and pick it up but there was no way they would accomodate that, you need to eat in the restaurant, full stop! So we ordered nothing. What kind of business sense is that?

Hotel is 20 min away from the city centre which has quite deprived feel despite distinctive architecture. Next day we ventured out to Baltimore and its surrinding countryside, enjoying scenic drive.

Would we return? Perhaps but not for the money they ask for what they provide.

Currently hotel is next door to vaccination centre. Parking is free to finish on positive note.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay with us at the hotel. I am pleased to read that the reception team were professional and a credit to the hotel during your stay. With regard to available facilities, we do try to ensure all guests are contacted pre arrival to advise of what areas of the hotel are open under the current guidelines we are working within. As the executive lounge is not currently available we do provide a voucher for each guests as is set out in the brands operating standards. With our restaurant having reopened on 17th May, we did take the decision to only offer the evening grill items in the restaurant for the first couple of weeks and then review this based on feedback. The all day dining menu does offer a wide selection of dishes for guests wishing to dine in their rooms, however I will be sure to include your feedback in my review with the chef and his team. I would like to thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback as it is through reviewing this that we can look for areas to improve upon our service and I do hope we can welcome you back to the hotel in the future Kevin

It’s time to stop with the COVID excuses. The Executive Lounge at this hotel remains shut notwithstanding the fact that Scotland is now at the lowest level of restrictions and the fact that it’s fine to serve drinks and food in the bar. Just not one floor upstairs in the lounge supposedly. The paltry replacement offering of one drink and a side order (I.e. a bowl of chips) is absolutely no replacement for a lounge where you can work during the day, enjoy soft drinks and then drinks (more than just one) and canapés in evening. The hotel has gone to great lengths to introduce measures to stay in line with restrictions. The hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve been in. Even the spa and pool are open so you can share pool water with numerous other guests. But supposedly, the cleaning stops and COVID starts at the entrance to the lounge. Believe of that what you will. The cynic in me says that management want to cost cut and save as much as they can until they are forced to reopen all facilities. Apart from this, nice staff on reception (especially the new girl who started just last week) and in the bar. But I won’t be back until the hotel put on a full offering for their Diamond guests.

Dear Stewart, Thank you for your feedback, and thank you for your continued loyalty to the hotel and the brand. Our lounge is an exceptional part of the hotel and we are excited to reopen to our valued guests. We are monitoring our business mix regularly and as the demand on our hotel begins to return to normalised, leisure and corporate travel, we will implement the next stage of our reopening, in line with brand guidance and relief. As we move through this period we will keep our guests updated with changes to the executive lounge along with other areas of the hotel. Many thanks once again for your feedback and I will be sure to pass on your comments on the staff to the team who were working during your stay.

Stayed for one night with the two kids room nice and big for the four of us and comfortable, kids enjoyed watching the airplanes taking off and landing. Pool area was great with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room all brand new. We paid £10 per adult and it was worth it, plenty of choice, well worth a visit if staying in Aberdeen

Had a one night stay at this room the twin room had 2 double beds amazing shower 🚿 everything was lovely. Was at p and j for a concert there is a short cut from the hotel to the exhibition centre and it was very quick going through security. We had the breakfast special offer around £10 it was very good restaurant was very busy but understandably due to guests staying for the concert. The hotel was very good value for the money and the airport bus drops you a few minutes from the hotel would definitely stay here again

Throughout our stay, the digital key on app was very slow, I'm unsure if this was due to WiFi in the hotel. It became quite frustrating when trying to use lift etc.

On arrival we did not have any complimentary water in our room, I believe this should be included for gold members.

The TV apps did not seem to work, however I did not report this. Again unsure if due to WiFi.

I had requested non allergenic bedding on one bed in my booking comments, when contacting reception we were told this had not been passed on so we had to wait for it to be brought to room which was quite late as we hadn't noticed until bedtime and then they had to go and look for some.

We ordered a kid's meal with no gravy, but it was delivered with gravy. We reported immediately and a replacement had not been delivered around 90 mins later, after already waiting a significant time for original order. I believe this was because the kitchen had closed by this point. My partner then reported at reception and was offered a free drink and advised that we would not have to pay for this meal given that it was now far too late to wait for another meal to be made. This meant that my son had not eaten much when he went to bed.

At the same time as ordering room service, my partner requested a late check out and was advised that we could check out at 1pm.

The next day, my partner's digital key stopped working after regular check out time. He asked reception and was advised it was because late checkout had not been added to our room. Meanwhile, a member of staff knocked on my door to ask me when I was checking out, apparently they had been phoning our room (I was in the shower). It was quite uncomfortable given that I was getting dressed after showering.

On checkout, we had to go to reception as had no receipt emailed or put through my door, unsure if this is because of the late check out mix up. We were told how much we owed without being given a receipt. When I asked for a breakdown, I was advised that we had in fact been charged for the meal that had not been replaced.

Staff were all very friendly though out our stay however I found the numerous mistakes very disappointing, really letting down what could be a fantastic hotel.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay with us at the hotel. I am sorry to read that you have experienced issues during your stay with us at the hotel and I will be sure to follow up on these with the maintenance team. We try to rectify issues as soon as possible after they are reported to us and it is always best to let us know when things appear to be operating slow or not working. With regard to the wait for food. I will pass this onto the food and beverage team to look into the cause of the delay in replacing the incorrect meal and we will review how we can improve on this. I am glad to read that the staff remained friendly during your stay and I will work with the HOD's and team members on the feedback you have provided to make improvements where we can. Many thanks Kevin

The Teca Hilton, What an outstanding hotel from entering the lobby to the rooms this hotel is beautiful. Myself, wife and daughter returned for another 2 night stay as the last stay was so enjoyable. We had the luxury of a suite which is the nicest I've stayed in. Rooms have everything you need, Fridge, kettle, coffee machine with pods, smart TVs, Table and 4 chair's. All other usual amenities in a Hilton room. Sofa bed was made up for our daughter in the 'sitting room' area meaning we had separate rooms which is great for privacy and wee bit of peace lol. Bathrooms are finished to a high standard with excellent water fall shower head and a bath if you feel like one.

We had a swim at the pool in the spa which again is stunning. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and a lovely big heated pool. My wife had a massage at the Devona spa which she rates as one of the best to date! Highly recommended.

Breakfast was a buffet style breakfast from a fully cooked hot breakfast to cereals etc with more choice than a small supermarket lol. Delicious all round.

The staff on each visit have been extremely polite, happy and helpful and nothing is to much hassle.

I recommend the Teca for either a couple's getaway or a family stay as I've been on both and cannot fault one bit. It seems an ideal place for people working away from home as it has everything you could want or you would have in your home.

We look forward to another visit soon. A big thank to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend anyone give this hotel a try as you won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Aloft Hotel directly across from the Hilton but decided to venture across for dinner and drinks as our hotel was far too busy and we're glad we did.
We had food at the cask and crema restaurant, no problems getting a table at all either considering the place was so busy for lewis capaldi. Our bill came to £34 which was very reasonable as we got a buttermilk chicken burger with chips, a large portion of nachos with chilli, a pint and a glass of prosecco.
The food was delicious we really couldn't fault it.
Afterwards we had a few cocktails in the Quarter House part of the hilton and the bramble and cosmopolitan shown in one of the pictures were lovely.
A major bonus to this hotel is it has its own access to P&j live and we ended up sitting in the bar and using the entrance through literally as you could hear lewis capaldi coming on stage.

This was a special occasion 2 night break for my daughters belated Master's graduation ceremony we picked the hotel based on it's proximity to the venue.
Check in was OK but informing us at this stage that the pool was now open was a bit late in the day as we hadn't come prepared.
We booked dinner at the hotel this was a big mistake food was over priced for the quality the service was very slow and unprofessional. The restaurant was far from busy very inexperienced staff who didn't seem to know what they were doing.
My daughter's ceremony was early on the Sunday morning so we booked breakfast yet breakfast didn't start until 7.30 WHY !!! Fried eggs were of a rubber constituency and the bacon rashers all stuck together in a greasy gluppy mess nor was it hot. New modern digital hotel using roller conveyor toasters REALLY !!
The room was very comfortable with an iron and ironing board which was very useful However the bathroom had a hair in the sink and the shower hadn't been cleaned properly. There were some very cheap complimentary toiletries better to have none than these.
On check out my bill was incorrect despite pointing this out to the receptionist she still managed to charge the wrong amount and I now await a refund.
We have stayed in Hilton hotels in the past mainly abroad and expected a very high standard but were extremely disappointed. Determined to make the best of our trip we took advantage of the excellent bus service to go into town where there are some excellent restaurants to choose from and great cafe's for breakfast.
