Stayed here for one night for work purposes. First impressions from the reception area were good. It was downhill from then. My room was extremely dated. Stains on walls. Bathroom door didn't even close! Food was average at best. Had the "Seafood platter" which was described as fresh seafood from the local area. I got some shrimps, 3 prawns, small...

I stayed here for one night and to say it was bad was an understatement, my room was on the top floor and though the bed was clean the room had a sour smell. The toilet needed a good clean and when the shower was on the water was leaking into the floor. Would never say I won't be back...

Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel via Hotels.com for 2 nights for his birthday. The photos on the website of the hotel looked lovely and the piece was reasonable for the 2 nights! We got to our room to find a tiny old fashioned room, Tiny bed, horrible marks on the wall, carpet and the shower not working. Phones...

This is a comfortable hotel, I have visited 3 times now, different rooms each visit and all good. Good clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast - it has been buffet or the last visit was by individual order, well worth the money, the porridge is recommended.

It's a great location, across from the train station. Spacious, clean rooms that might be a little old fashioned to some people's taste but it did the trick for a shopping weekend away. Value for money and I would stay here again.

Visited here at around 3pm on a Friday afternoon for high tea. We were given a round of toast and cup of tea to start followed by our main meals- I had the chicken Maryland which was lovely and a decent sized portion. We finished the meal with a stand of cakes- these were ok but you could tell they...

Having tickets to a function in the hotel, we thought that we'd stay afterwards to make the most of our night out. A choice that we regretted afterwards! The first room we were given was like something from 'Hotel Hell'! The bed had no headboard and had loose wires hanging down the wall behind the pillows. The walls were visibly...
