We had our children's christening at the Palm court. The room set up was great, the food options that we selected were delicious and the service was great. Jena in particular was very attentive to all of our needs and ensured that the day was a great success. A really nice day out for the whole family, thanks again to everyone at the palm court.

Once again, a first class stop over while visiting friends. From the warm welcome from Linda on reception, to departure the next day, this was a most relaxing break. The dinner we had was excellent, as was the service. Will definitely return. Customer service is first class.

We enjoyed a delicious meal in the bar area of the Palm Court last night. The food was excellent, it arrived quickly and the portion sizes were huge. Service from Jenna was brilliant, checking everything was ok & making sure our glasses were never empty.

We enjoyed a family stay from Friday to Sunday. Bev and her team were absolutely amazing going above and beyond. The room was perfect, it had everything needed. We had two little children with us and the team were great with them making us all feel at ease. A special mention to Jenna who really went out of her way for us all. The room itself was beautifully decorated and bathroom was spotless, great amenities and good mini bar offering made it even more special. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

We had our wedding at palm court in 28/10/23 We had private dining the night before and lots of guests stayed for 2 nights at hotel. Staff was incredible, Especially Jenna (long blonde curly hair) who went above and beyond Friday and Saturday for us and our guests! Nothing was too much very polite attentive and always made sure we were ok. Even have a guest a lift to bank machine offered to take a guest home who forgot their shoes she is an absolute credit to palm court hotel! Food was amazing service was amazing rooms are great, breakfast was delicious. Drinks are decent priced for the wedding venue. Highly recommend for a wedding or even just a weekend stayed! We will definitely be staying again and frequently dine in the bothy restaurant. Well done palm court are guests even told us how amazing the service and staff were all Weekend. Blake room for bridal Party to get ready was amazing both make up artist and hair stylist loved the space and said they’ve never had anything like this before! …

Reviewing the pub food here. Every time we go into eat it’s great. The pub food is so good, with special Mention to the dirty fries and the Scottish fries as they are outstanding. Tempura prawns get a shout out as well but I wish you would put the Buffalo Cauliflower back on the menu!

Had a great catch up with a friend in the Palm Court restaurant. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Jana and Keisha kept us fed and watered while Natalie and Jena helped us sort out our locals membership where you get 20% discount! The good was lovely and the portions are huge, so make sure you're hungry when you visit!
